I would rate it zero stars if I could. Feel like I got robbed! I measured my kids and their shirts run very small! They got the sizes wrong, sending me mediums instead of large. Tried getting an exchange, but they refused. Never again. Burnt Toast.

This seems like a janky company! Paid for expedited shipping and now it’s two weeks later and still no uniforms!! Calling the school to complain today but I know they’re going to tell me that there’s nothing they can do since it’s a third party vendor but I’m going to let them know that they should choose another vendor going forward!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for 4 days just to find out why my order hasn't been delivered. When I finally got in youch the man is telling me to calm down and that they cant do anything because according to their end it was delivered. It obviously wasn't since I'm still waiting! After arguing for way too long about it, I should be getting a refund but we will see if it actually goes through. There is a reason they have their google reviews hidden.

The quality is great but, customer service horrible. By horrible I mean you can never get in touch with anyone they send you to a chat and I was always customer 289! They can't keep up, you have to place your order at least 2 or 3 months in advance or your kids won't have uniforms when school starts. I keep trying to at least track my order but have not been able to in over a month bc I am always transferred to the chat page, which no one ever gets to me.

Worst company ever, ordered uniforms for my daughter and the order states that delivery will take 3-days.
Upon checking the order status, I have been surprised by a note says that it will take them additional 10 business days to finish the custom order. What mind of funny business these people are running.
I will send a complaint to the school demanding them with a more serious vendor. WORST OF ALL

Horrible. Submitted order July 13 with no update on order. Was on hold for 2 hours and 22 mins just for the call to be disconnected, chats queue I was # 449. Finally get through to someone just for the agent to say no update no new information. By far the worst company.

I would give 0 stars, i am forced to give 1 star. I placed the order on 7/25/2025 and still now I have not received my order. When i check in the website it still says the order is processing. To avoid shipping charges we need to buy for more than $100, so I purchased for $105. My daughter's school is starting next week and we dont have the uniform yet. I am trying to reach someone from the cutomer service but no luck as they only respond in email and that too after 1 week of sending them an email. I tried to chat with them but everytime i try to chat it goes on waitlist and says there are 50+ people above me. I opened an escalation ticket from their website (CS25498270). Can any senior executive / manager from the French Toast please contact me ASAP.

This company sucks! No oder information despite being charged. No email response. Phone number doesn’t go through. Online chat outs is inline at 487th in queue. Seriously!?

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. 10/10 would not recommend, starting to think this company is a scam. Absolutely horrible customer service, they just don’t care and I don’t even think they have real people working here.

This is the worst experience I've had with a uniform company. I've been waiting over a month for my order. The previous agents have been stonewalling telling me it'll be shipped in a few days. Now here we are, after school has already started with no shipment or email from them. Now all of a sudden their customer service number is no longer in service. This company is a FRAUD!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with French Toast's handling of our school uniform order for Harmony Science Academy. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.
Timeline of Issues:
21+ Days of Silence: After placing our order for embroidered uniform polos, we received one email from French Toast. Not a single update, tracking number, or acknowledgment after that - just radio silence for three weeks.

With only 8 days until school starts, I was forced to reach out myself to check on the order status. This should never be necessary.

When I finally initiated contact, I waited THREE HOURS to speak with someone. This is unacceptable for any business, let alone one handling time-sensitive school uniform orders.

The support representative was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of providing actual updates on my specific order, they:
- Gave me generic information about "standard processing times"
- When I pointed out we'd already exceeded those timeframes, they suddenly claimed orders were "backed up due to high demand."
- Offered no solutions, no expedited shipping, no accountability.

Here's what baffles me - French Toast is in the uniform business. Back-to-school season happens EVERY YEAR at the SAME TIME. The "high demand" excuse is inexcusable - proper inventory management and staffing should anticipate this predictable surge.

Thanks to French Toast's poor planning and communication, my children will likely start their first day of school in random polo shirts instead of their required uniforms. This reflects poorly on both the company and our school's choice of vendor.

This isn't our first rodeo with French Toast. Last year, the sizing was completely off. I'm genuinely concerned about what new issues await us if/when this order finally arrives.

French Toast has failed at every level: communication, customer service, logistics, and basic business planning. I strongly recommend that Harmony Science Academy (and any other schools) find a more reliable uniform vendor. Parents and students deserve better than this consistently poor service.
Would I recommend French Toast? Absolutely not.
Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about delivering on their promises.

Rating because they make you put something. I made an order and it was the wrong size i messaged customer service and was told I could return them so I went ahead and ordered a new set because I wanted to make sure they would be in on time. After two weeks, 3 phone calls and several emails all the sudden my items aren't available for return anymore and now I'm out a lot of money with no response. I've already made a complaint to the school who using them and ofcourse this was not there first complaint so they will ko longer be using them in the following years.

WEBSITE TO COMPLICATED TO CONFUSING WELL 1ST USER MY ORDER WAS DONE WRONG SO I QUICKLY CALLED TO GET IT FIXED NOOOO THEY WOULDN'T ID HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER THEN SEND IT BACK AND REORDER AGAIN THE SITE WOULDN'T LET ME HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY HM IT HAD TO BE SHIPPED TO UPS STORE THEN I GET THERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER THE MAN TELLS ME THERES A 10.00 FEE FOR STORAGE FEE IF THEY HAD JUST RECEIVED ORDER IM FURIOUS WITH THIS FRENCH TOAST SITE I WILL BE LETTING SCHOOL ADMIN KNOW HOW BAD THIS SITE IS AND FAMILIES KNOW TOO HOW BAD IT IS

This was success Academy’s worst decision yet! French Toast uniform quality and sizing online is completely horrible! The girls skirt material feels like construction paper for the price that’s unacceptable!! Customer service is also horrible to over a hour wait time! I truly hope the dump this company fast!! I was told to add my daughter’s age, height and weight for uniform size and I did exactly that! The size recommended was 3x smaller than my daughter just ridiculous! Now I have to return wait for a refund then wait to reorder and order again! Horrible

I ordered my daughter’s school uniform with the school logo on July 14 and still haven’t received anything. Meanwhile, my friend placed a similar order after me and already received theirs – with the same logos! The only difference is that I had more items in my cart, which shouldn't justify the delay. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the quality isn’t even good according to my friend who received hers. Now I’m stuck last-minute without uniforms and have to shop in person just to make sure my child is ready for school.

What’s even more frustrating is the return policy. I was told I could return items once delivered. Then, they’re telling me that the school policy doesn’t allow returns – something I had no way of knowing when I ordered.

Poor communication, poor service, and poor quality. I do not recommend ordering from here. Save yourself the stress.

This is my first time to placed an order to this company. I ordered my kids uniform last June and until now I haven’t received any update. School starts in 2 weeks and no update from them. I asked for a refund and the customer service said that it is being escalated to the management. No update, no uniform and no refund from this company. Can we file a complaint to the BBB? This is a waste of time.

Worst customer service!! It’s been a whole month since I ordered uniform for my daughter. All of the agents lie and are horrible to customers. It’s unacceptable!

Placed my order during a sale. Conveniently, they had a "system error" right after the sale ended and canceled my order. I called and complained so they said they would resubmit my order on the house. Okay. But now it's been a month, school starts in a week, and I have yet to receive any items.

They don't respond to emails. Their chats magically disconnect. When you call and wait on hold forever, they can't give you any information. Now I was told that their system has another error so the customer service representatives cannot give you an estimated arrival date. I can't get transferred to a manager, but somehow I'm supposed to believe that a manager is going to call me back-- I haven't received an email response in over 2 weeks!

Did I mention that I placed this order over a month ago and school starts next week?

Bottom line: I will not be purchasing from them again.

I have called, emailed, and chatted 25 times. I placed my order at the beginning of June and have been told since the end of June that my order was being shipped "today or tomorrow". The agent who answered today was LAUGHING at my issue and my complaint. I just told him I don't believe him and asked for a corporate number (which he stated to call back and speak to a supervisor later). The audacity! I am a paying customer and the customer service is horrible!

Measurements: I ordered many items based on measurements. The sizing was consistently wrong. Pants were all too big. Shirts were all too small. The size guides are not accurate across many styles and it's very frustrating to carefully check the measurements to the sizes and still have them be so completely off.
Quality: I ordered 3 jumpers in size 6. One of the jumpers was over an inch 1/2 shorter than the other 2.
Ordering online/Customer Service: You can't get anyone on their website that knows how to fix an issue. They advertised free shipping over $99, but I was charged shipping. I'm registered with them as tax exempt, yet I was charged tax. It's really frustrating to know that if I deal with this company, I will be spending 30-60 minutes on hold trying to get the order placed.
