Horrible customer service!!
I have ordered my kid’s uniform 2 months ago and haven’t received it yet. It’s almost 2 months now. Every time I call them, they reply saying your case has been escalated. No refund and no product received. Worst worst experience!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVERY THEY ARE VERY RUDE THEY BUT THE WRONG ADDRESS AFTER I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE 4th OF AUGUST. CALL TO CHECK THE 10TH WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER WAS RETURN TO THEM ON THE 9TH THE GUY HUNG THE PHONE NO ME WHEN I ASK FOR A MANAGER I CALLED AGAIN ON THE TO SPEEK TO A MANAGER SHE (KELLY) SAID SHE'LL LET THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RESEND IT FRIDAY IF NOT WILL BE MONDAY I WAITED CALLED, AGAIN CALLED ON THE 16TH THREE DIFFERENT TIME JUST TO GET A MANAGER EVERY TIME YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY SAY NOT ONE AVAILABLE ANYWAY GOT ONE HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ALOT SO HE WENT AHEAD TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THERE CORPORATE OFFICE HOPING THAT THEY CAN LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND GAVE ME THE CASE #76046057 I WAITED NOTHING CALLED AGAIN 18TH THREE TIMES BECAUSE TWO OF THAT CALL 📞 THEY HUNG UP ON ME LATER THAT DAY A MANAGER CALLED ME STILL NOTHING WAS AGREE TODAY 25TH AUGUST I CALLED THE LADY CHECK AND CAME BACK SAY THAT YHE SHIPPER ARE ON A PEAK SESSION THEN THEY'LL CALL ME BACK MY CHILD NEEDS HER UNIFORM WHO THE HELL ARE THIS PEOPLE PLEASE??????? I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO

On 8/9/23 around 7pm EST, I placed an order for 5 shirts with my daughters school patch. Less than 12 hours later, I received notification from my daughters school, that their patch has changed and her school was no longer affiliated with that original school anymore. I called French Toast customer service 8/10 around 4pm EST. Less than 12 hours since the order was placed. I understood their policy regarding no cancellations. However, I requested if they could make an exception to only send me the shirts and cancel the patch part of the order. Easy request. They hadn’t even begun stitching the patches on. I was told they couldn’t and when I asked to speak to a manager, all of a sudden nobody was available to speak with me. I asked for a returned call and was told a case had been opened. It is 8/24 8am EST. I have yet to receive a call and my order hasn’t even shipped yet.

I would like to add that I work customer service for the largest credit union in the world. I know a senior, supervisor or even manager is always available to speak with customers. I also know that in the event a customer requests a call back and a case is open, the customer will be called back. I also know that in unique situations, such as ours with the patch change, an exception would have been made to please the customer by sending the shirts less a patch for a school that is no longer affiliated with my daughters school.

I have ordered these shirts from French Toast since 2012 for both of my kids. They have never taken this long to ship. It’s been 15 days. School starts in 3 days. I have no shirts for my daughter, per the school requirement.

This is unacceptable to be treated in such a way as a long time customer of 12 years.

The orders are extremely slow, they allow you to pay for expedited shipping with no communication from the company and no refund for rush shipping.

This place absolutely deserves 0 stars and should be shut down! Sent me the wrong order after waiting over 3 weeks, wouldn't replace the order until I sent the first order back which could have took another 2 weeks so I spent double of my money because had to place another order just so I can try and get items on time and wait to be refunded from the first order! Their toddler clothes are oversized, their customer service agents are slow and incompetent. Please stay away from this company.

Horrible customer service experience website clearly states in top header that free shipping $99 or more I was charged $16.95 for shipping order total was over $125. I called customer service 5 times even took screen shots of their shipping policy they then blamed it on the school contract because the school receives free embroidery. Order and buy your kids shirts elsewhere and have the embroidered on your own. Horrible, incompetent customer service agents and supervisors

Very disappointed. Ordered a jumper for a choir. It was never delivered. Two weeks later I followed up on the order status and customer service told me the order was cancelled. I asked by whom and the agent told me frenchtoast had cancelled it. No explanation why, no email to me explaining that it had been cancelled. Plus, they charged my credit card so now I am disputing the charge.

I would have to agree with these parents.

I had a similar issue last year with items not fitting true to size and again this year. After dealing with such disgrace and my scholars school still using this vendor I said I will order items larger than my daughters actual size.

Once again I placed several orders over the Summer totaling some $400. One order included a lined jacket that did not come true to size and after speaking with French Toast they are advising that there is nothing they can do about this. Even telling me to just go sell the jacket. This is at no fault to the customer, for the jacket is truly not fit to size. My daughter is between 8-9 in size with 10 being larger items for her to grow into. Therefore I purchased all oversized 10/12 items to avoid issues of the past. These uniform pieces plus embroidery are very expensive, overly expensive.

The fact that all French Toast can say is there is nothing they can do about this, even though as a customer I took an extra step to accommodate my purchase by buying larger items for my daughter, is more and more troubling, unsettling really. No exchange, no return, no credit, just NOTHING!

At what cost to customers does a company stay afloat?

I have reported this to my scholars school and I hope that in the near future something is done to correct these wrongs.

This is the worse company and most annoying customer service people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I honestly wish I can rate them as 0. I ordered a set of short sleeve school uniforms and a micro fleece jacket for my daughter the 2023-2024 school year and all the items were supposed to be in medium (M) size. When I received my order, the short sleeve will not fit my daughter and were snagging tight on her. Same as the fleece jacket. Only the long sleeves will fit. Keep in mind everything was in medium size. I called the company and complained about the issue only to be given the run around and finally told they will not receive my returns because the uniforms had the school logos on them. One of the customer service rep called Amada, had the impudence to tell me to either go sell the uniforms or donate them to the school. This definitely is the first and last time I will ever deal with this company. Folks be warned.

Never helpful with returns. Never gave me money back for price matching for an order I had to send back and reorder. Shipping is way too expensive. If you don't have to don't order from this site horrible company. Just trying to take your money doesn't care about customer service. Wish I could give it 0 stars

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have had multiple negative experiences with this company. I was waiting on an order to arrive for multiple weeks and finally contacted customer services over chat, only to be told that the order had been cancelled weeks ago due to items being out of stock. I was never notified of the cancellation, or told that the items were out of stock. Customer service is difficult to work with. They do not cancel orders once placed, even if they haven't shipped yet. The fit of the clothing is not good for taller kids either - the pants are too short and wide, even the slim version. I would not be using this company if our school didn't require it. Very unhappy customer.

French Toast is a horrible company that refuses to correct their errors if an item is embroidered. I placed an order over the phone with a customer service representative who for some reason, submitted my order with incorrect sizes that I did not request. I called to let them know this, and they did nothing and still sent me the incorrect items. Now they refuse to refund me or send me the items that I ordered. I will have to submit a credit card dispute just to get this rectified. So buyer beware, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You might order uniform shirts for your son and if they send you girls dresses, Oh Well! You get to pay for them and like it apparently. And no, you can't send them back, and no, they will not send you the items you actually ordered and paid for. Once they have your money, you are OUT OF LUCK!!!

What a terrible company with terrible service!!
I ordered my children's uniform here. (Not by choice ,of course, we have to, because our school doesn't give any other option.) After order is complete I received confirmation email. Then I realized that billing address is correct but the shipping address is not!! I immediately called the customer service to inform the mistake that they did. Representative told me that once order is placed they cannot change it. I should call the courier and find out if they can do anything. This response really pissed me off. While it's their fault why should I do all these to fix it. Then she put me on hold to talk to her manager. Once back she informed me that they'll fix it and then send me a new confirmation. All these happened within around half an hour. So order is still very fresh and should be an easy fix, I thought.but I am mistaken.
Later on the email I received tells me the same nonsense that they cannot do anything. Can you imagine? The representative openly lied to me and they're not willing to fix the problem that themselves caused. Such incompetent companies should be forced out of business.

I ordered my daughter uniform on here to mind you it was available on the website a week later I got a email saying it was canceled didn’t say why or for what for. The website i ordered it from did not say out of stock so I had to call customer service and they didn’t even know why my daughter order was canceled. All they say was I will get a refund that was it. Now they saying sorry for the inconvenience for that a email was sent no I received it today saying it was not available Not good business. As a Parent I will not do business with this company any longer for they lie and cover they tracks up

Gave me girl uniforms when I ordered boys and then said "we can't process a return because it's our busy season" when it was their fault. Horrible!!! Schools need to stop their contract with this horrible service

Worst customer service experience you can ever had. I placed an order for my son uniform. On their website 3-7 business days is free shipping. they still charged me. I contacted customer service, no help I was told the free shipping is only apply when your purchase is $50 or more, but my purchase was for $67 and still get charged for shipping and handling. the following day I received 2 new emails from them with 2 new charges that I didn't make. I called them spoke with Jasmine, she told me we updated your order to avoid the shipping fee. With that update there was two new charges, I asked to please cancel these orders, she stated that the orders cannot be cancel. I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold for 45 minutes in 35 seconds, she came back sorry the supervisor is not available for me to call back and she hang up the phone. they charged me $228.38 for 1 PE uniform, a pair of pants and a polo T-shirt.

I would give them a Zero if I could.
I received an email saying "We are putting the final stitches on your order." And in the email there was a link to check on the status of the order. Clicked on the link and saw the entire order cancelled. Called customer service and they told me they ran out of a couple of items on my list and they decided to cancel my whole order. OF course no help from customer service. And still no official email saying my order is cancelled.

When I placed my order it reverted back to an old mailing address and I immediately tried to reached out to customer service and they told me it could not be changed, the only thing I could do is reach out to the carrier to have them delivered to my new address. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them I should have just gone with another company.

Let me start off by saying that I would give this company a zero star if it was possible. Last year I ordered adult small polos for my daughter and they were actually too big for her and we had to try to shrink them. So this year since she had grew a little, I ordered the same size.
I received my six long sleeve polos, and they are huge. So big that there was no way she can tuck them into her pants. They were way bigger than last year’s.
On closer examination, I realize that they were adult men. My husband is a size medium and he tried them on and they were too big for him. I went back to the site to see if I had failed to select female, but there was no option for male or female on their site when ordering.
I immediately called customer service and told him that they had sent me men’s size and it was absolutely too big for my daughter.
Of course, they did nothing and informed me that I was stuck with it because it had a logo on it. I must say that the customer service representative was absolutely rude. I waited a few days and I called again to try to get a different customer representative and it was the same response. This customer service representative was also extremely rude.
She even went so far as to lie and said that the year before I did not order the same size. I told her I still had that order receipt, and I could prove that it was the same size I ordered the year before. She proceeded to lie even more by insisting I did not.
I spoke to a few other parents concerning the size being way too big, and every one of them said they had problems with the sizes they order. And unfortunately, every one of them said that customer service did nothing to help them and was also extremely rude.
We should not spend over $100 buying uniforms that does not fit because their sizes are incorrect. We need a uniform company that is not rude, inconsiderate and in accurate.
Reading all the other reviews, I am very surprised that the school has not intervene in this matter. The school needs to do something about this. They need to change companies to provide us with better customer service.
I would advise any new school looking for a supplier for uniforms to not consider this company.

Very horrible customer service they lie to their customers. I ordered clothes for my son but I had to return them because I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service and they told me that I could make the change with them on the phone and they’ll will send the new order so I did. Low and behold I waited for more than a week for my order. When I finally call them back they said they issued a refund. I told them that is not what I wanted I just wanted the size to change. So they said that I will have to reorder and then they will adjust the price to match the previous order. Total lies. I had to pay more money for the same items. Please people don’t buy from French toast.
