Has often been off at the point of buying it, and almost always goes off within the date. Something fishy is going on here due to it being consistently bad. I'm surprised food standards have not been in touch.

Always spoils I thought it was my fridge nope it's the absolute garbage they sell
Tried to call them they wasn't interested. This is an Indian firm apparently nijja dairy il never buy anything related to that again id rather drink soy than that muck spoil before bbd. Bad .don't bother

0.11111 star rating not available. The milk always goes off within the date. It’s absolute trash. Least it’s labelled so I know when to avoid going forward. Scumbags

Worst milk you can buy! We also get it delivered to my work and it smells off everytime. Goes off 6-7 days before its best before date

The milk goes off days before it's ment to, and it don't matter what shop you buy it from. Avoid if you can,

Please guys be careful I my coffee tasted a little funny but I thought it may have been me as the date on the milk had 4 days left on it! Although I only drank half and poured the milk down the sink I was so sick for 24 hours! Never again will I take the chance!

Twice now purchased freshways milk showing in date only to get home to find it's gone off .Emailed company who attitude is as disgusting as their milk THEY DONT REPLY.
Looking at all the reviews it's clear this company has been issues with freshness ironic as they call themselves FRESHWAYS

Last 2 lots of freshways milk from my local store has gone off several days before the expiry date

Two of my local shops stock this brand, and for several weeks we find that it goes off days before the expiry date. On two occasions the foil seal inside the lid was loose and the milk was off as soon as we opened it for the first time. Something is going wrong with this company. Don’t buy their milk.

My local shop stock this milk brand. 80% of the time this milk is off on arrival from the shop or goes off days before the use by date. Not sure what going on here but this doesn’t happen with other brands of milk.

My local corner shop stock it and again despite previous problems I needed milk quickly. Again this morning with the expiry date 01/07/26 its sour and thickening.

The last 6 bottles of milk have all gone bad way before the date, I can no longer trust the milk brand, and won't be using it again, I'll be swapping to Waitrose Organic.

Looking at the ratings its obvious that Freshways as a 'family business' don't give a damn about their customers, what a way to run a company!!

Tried to open an account via online form, no response, contacted them by phone 3 times with an average 40 min wait time to get connected to progress the application, got lots of promises but zero action, gave up and went to a competitor...can't see them lasting much longer with such a poor regard for customer service and the systemic failures going on.

Dreadful milk. I’m sure it has some form of powder in it? It definitely is NOT British milk!

Only ordered from them a couple of times.
They disregarded the quantities you required/ordered & charged with this in mind. Sent their own amounts & charged with this in mind even though had order confirmations.
When sending the extra back with the driver, they still tried charging for the amount they tried to send.
Customer service was awful.
Website is awful.
Not a professional company. I mean the van was a battered old iceland van.
When awaiting the arrival of an order, not communication on delays.
Ordered some products and they were a no show.
Rang to find out where it was to find our account had been closed.
Reason was we were too far to deliver to & orders too small.
No communication explaining this. POOR!!

Have bought Freshways milk from a few different convenience stores now the last month. All the milk is in date until you open it it just turns sour a bad taste and like chemicals smear on the top of your coffee. Won’t be buying freshways again

Horrid milk, tastes bad

Our convenience store has just changed hands from a Brit running it to a Sri Lankan. The choice of milk suddenly changed from a well known brand to this, only choice, brand so bought a bottle of semi-skimmed on the 24th Dec with a use by date of the 28th Dec. Opened it on the 25th Dec and it had a weird chemical smell about it and tasted sour. We will not be buying our milk from there in the future.

We bought 2 different bottles of Freshways milk from different convenience stores in the last week. Both had 4 or 5 days until the expiry date. The first smelt odd immediately on opening and tasted on the turn. We assumed the shop hadn't been storing it well so bought another from a different shop, but it was exactly the same.
