Martin and Tom attended site today to install a Tango Ice Blast machine, and I genuinely cannot praise these two gentlemen highly enough.

I’ll be completely honest — I haven’t always had the best experience with Frozen Brothers in the past, so I arrived at today’s installation with a few reservations. However, any doubts or concerns I may have had about the company, its people, or its service were completely and utterly put to bed by these two absolute superstars.

Throughout the day, Martin and Tom encountered obstacle after obstacle — many of which were, I have to admit, largely caused by my builders and me! Despite this, they demonstrated an extraordinary level of patience, professionalism and determination. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every challenge was met with a genuine “we’ll find a way” attitude.

Their relentless perseverance and can-do approach is something I rarely see these days, and certainly not to this level. They could quite easily have become frustrated or simply said that certain things weren’t possible, but instead they just kept going, finding solutions and getting the job done.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Martin actually contacted me on his day off this morning just to check that everything was still working properly today. That, to me, says absolutely everything about the level of care and pride he takes in his work.

I genuinely cannot thank or applaud Martin and Tom enough for everything they did today. They worked incredibly hard, remained professional throughout, and somehow managed to do the whole thing with nothing but smiles, good humour and positivity.

I sincerely hope they both get to see this review — and, more importantly, I really hope the senior management team at Frozen Brothers see it too.

Martin and Tom are an absolute credit to your company. People like these two are exactly what customer service should be about: knowledgeable, hardworking, determined, personable and genuinely committed to getting the job right.

If every team worked like these two, every customer would be delighted.
