Joy Eriaku has been amazing hospitality! My first ever match and made me and my family feel so welcome. Such a sweet individual. 10/10

Ordered from Fulham shop, paying nearly £8 for delivery. Part of my order did not turn up, sent evidence of the package, and they refused to give me a refund or resend the item. Very disappointing when you’ve spent so much money with them. I won’t be in the future.

Fulham has the nicest London stadium by a long way. It is easy to reach by public transport and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Their website, which provides a portal to ticket and merchandise sales as well as match video is clear and easy to use.

I paid for the Sky Deck experience. I was assessing it to bring a group of business party of 10 people. The experience was poor no or little food. A complete joke. Save your money.

Fulham Stadium (Craven Cottage) is a fantastic place to take your entire family and spend some quality time! The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. I'll confess I wasn't a die-hard fan, but the entire game day experience was truly unique, and I can't recommend it enough! Fulham 2 - Chelsea 1

My livery company, The Worshipful Company of Gold & Silver Wyre Drawers, enjoyed a stadium tour on 27 September.. Fulham is the oldest professional football club in England, and Craven Cottage is an iconic stadium. The tour lasted ninety minutes and, ably led by Mark and Ed, it was both informative and enjoyable. Very highly recommended.

100% recomendable el tour a Craven Cottage. Experiencia inolvidable.

We live in Bexhill but enjoy visiting different clubs to watch football & had purchased tickets for the Fulham v Huddersfield game last Saturday. Unfortunately the storms had meant the railway was not available so we were unable to attend. I emailed Fulham only 3 hours before the early kick off to explain & even though they were busy with match day duties plus the weather was still bad they replied within 30 minutes & credited us the amount for the tickets.

We are now looking forward to attending the Fulham v Blackburn game next month. Normally credits or refunds are only given if a match is postponed so in an era where fans are treated like second class citizens it was great that Fulham were mindful of our situation & gave us an instant credit. Even though we have not yet visited we are looking forward to our second visit!

Super Fulham FC, come on you whites!
