Ordered 2 recliner chairs and have experienced a trouble free procedure from start to finish. Order and deposit acknowledged and delivery was great. 2 man band delivered the chairs right on time and checked all working correctly before leaving. Took all packing way with them. G Plan Sofas arrived within original time frame and delivery crew very helpful and set up the sofas as they were power recliners. Only had to sit down on them at the end!
