Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Avaliações

Great service. Plenty of communication about dispatch date etc. I needed to change the order and they made the adjustments and issued a refund with out my even asking. Quality products too.

Byron is great to deal with, always rea hes out to keep you informed of whats going on with deliveries, the cactai he delivered are second to none. Amazing company, I wouldny hesitate to recommend them

I ordered some cactus seeds from 'Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK' and was delighted with their service. The seeds have germinated and are sunning themselves as I type this.
Now, there was a small problem of the number of seeds being less than I ordered. I emailed the company and they got back the same day and agreed to rectify the problem - no interrogation, no dis-belief. The replacement seeds were with me in two days. My reason for saying this is that it demonstrates the high standards of work and customer service they put into even a small order. Communication was swift and courteous. Problem addressed quickly and without any fuss.
So I got my order and at the same time I got to see how they handled issues that may arise with their goods. This gives me confidence in this company and the way they do business. I would be happy to recommend them, and happy to use them again.

Cactus arrived in lovely condition. Excellent packaging.

Byron was super helpful when I was having issues with ordering.

Once I had ordered great communication about when I should expect my cutting to arrive.

Cutting arrived quickly and amazingly well packed. Looked super healthy and I am now just hoping that it will root well (there was absolutely nothing about the cutting that would suggest it wouldn’t!).

Overall can’t recommend them highly enough. Will no doubt be returning to buy some more spikey friends!!!

Lovely Guy, and he made sure everything was all good with me and even gave me a little surprise :D

Beautiful plants. Honest and open correspondence with Cactcereus Ltd. Packaged beautifully and quick to respond when I had questions.

More of Cactocereus's excellent labels received to add that professional touch to my collection. Many thanks as always.

Everything has been excellent with all three of my orders so far. Byron has been wonderful and proactive at providing info/updates and helping solve an issue I had with getting the delivery from Royal Mail during the busy holiday period (cacti still arrived in good condition despite the delay during transit, so they seem to tolerate being packaged well with how they are shipped). You can tell they care about each individual order as they've also been mindful of the weather when shipping, to make sure the plants arrive as healthy as can be (i.e. not posting peak heatwave or during a freezing cold snap). Love the website too, so much useful info on there 🙂

Excellent service all round - including some really helpful advice to me as a beginner. I’d highly recommend cactocerus, thanks Byron!

This is the best specialist shop out there. Excellent quality products, fair prices and quite fast delivery.
They reply fairly fast too if you have any questions.
The latest thing I’ve bought was Lophophora williamsii soil and it is top quality.
Super recommend this shop.

I've bought multiple plants from byron and everytime has been spot on. The selection on the website is fantastic and constantly updated with some of the best strains about. You can tell he takes really pride in what he does, 100% would recomend!

Great company, had a small hiccup with the postage but Byron was so quick to fix the issue and upgraded my package for me at no extra cost. You can tell Byron really has a passion for what they do and adds that personal touch. 11/10 would recommend. The cacti i received are beautiful :)

Order took a bit longer to arrive than I expected but everything eventually came as ordered. Very carefully packed, no damage to seedlings. Appreciated the follow up email with advice on how to look after the seedling and how to sow the seeds (I'm a newbie).

I cannot fault this company in any respect.
A model example in every way.
Its products, customer service, packaging and delivery exceed all expectations

Made quite a few purchases recently, every one an absolute stunner.
The IKAROS DNA cut is incredible.
Thanks so much.
Looking forward to my mystery box subscription as well in September.

Lovely healthy plants, great business, always happy to help

My first time but will not be the last I use this fantastic site. Exerything is clearly laid out and explained and Byron is very friendly and quick to offer any help. My package arrived quickly and so well boxed up, really couldn't recommend more.
