Easy, Efficient and Friendly Service
I bought a king sized ottoman and a recliner from The Furniture Outlet online while staying in hospital and the process was super easy. They called me to talk about delivery and tried to find me an earlier delivery slot. It didn’t matter to much in my case but it was great that they tried.
On the day of delivery, the 2 guys did a fantastic job putting the bed together exactly where I wanted it (and even lifting my mattress onto the bed) and placed my recliner in the corner and plugged it in for me. They were polite, friendly, efficient and cleared all the rubbish away. I am just very sorry that both guys kept hitting their heads on my very low doorframes 🙈

Just the worst place to buy furniture
Just the worst place to buy furniture! We ordered a sofa in March and was told it would be delivered in April. Well after multiple call backs promised and never received, we visited the store to get a refund, but amazingly they now had them in stock. A week later, now in late July our sofa was delivered................
The arms do not attached as the brackets are in the wrong place, again we complained and was promised calls back but they never came. How can a company operate like this?
So we have a sofa we ordered in March, that we still can't use in August and no explanation as to what they are going to do about it. Shocking company and really poor customer service, where nobody shows any accountability.
EDIT- Funny how you say you cannot find the order, but we received a call today from Gayle asking us to take the review down!!

I visited the Furniture Outlet Dagenham store last week, and I had a wonderful experience. Amanda was incredibly helpful, friendly, and passionate about her work. She took the time to explain the products I was interested in and patiently answered all of my questions.
I never felt pressured and was given plenty of time to think things over and make my decision. After I left the store, Amanda even called me to follow up on an enquiry regarding my order, which I really appreciated.

I recently visited the Leigh store and…
I recently visited the Leigh store and was given some great advice by Jo the stylist lady after showing her a picture of the space I was looking to fill and my decor . Simon was equally fabulous and helped me with measuring and placement , taking payment and agreeing on a delivery date only two days later the availability was great . I am so happy with my new furniture and have received so many compliments from family and friends . First class service . Thank you Furniture Outlet, Jo & Simon, I will be returning . x

Unbelievable Service!
I needed an emergency bed and this company had it sorted for me on the day! So helpful, especially Ricky, if it wasn’t for him my in laws would be sleeping on the floor on their visit! Thanks so much I couldn’t be happier with the bed or the service!
