I recently had a great experience with Furniture Outlet Dagenham, and I wanted to give a special mention to Kerry for her outstanding customer service.

From the moment I walked in, Kerry was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful without being pushy. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations that suited both my style and budget. Her knowledge and patience made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The service didn’t stop at the purchase either—everything was clearly explained, and the overall experience felt very professional and well-organised.

It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service these days, and Kerry truly made a difference. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and a positive buying experience!

What can i say. The purchasing process was really easy and delivery was quick, when the chair was delivered the guys that delivered it were very professional and were in and out quickly. The quality of the furniture is really good and worth the price.

They were very efficient and informative prior to delivery. Furniture arrived already assembled which was great.

Everyone was really helpful. The sofa came on time as scheduled, the delivery team were absolutely lovely and did an excellent job constructing the sofa and removing the packaging. Such lovely chaps. The sofa itself exceed my expectations, im super pleased with the build quality and its so comfy.

Brilliant company, great product, my new dining table. Granite top and stainless steel contemporary legs, delivered quickly and put together by the two lads very efficiently and no mess or fuss.
Delivery included building the table which as I’m disabled I could not do.
A bit pricey with delivery maybe you can look at that but overall love it. Highly recommend this company and its product.

Yet again this proves that dealing with a real small UK company pays dividends. My new dining room table looks amazing, but the service level was even better. Delivery to the room of my choice and then the table was built for me by an amazingly polite and respectful 2 person team.

I have had very good experiences with the store manager. Received good customer service and felt very valued.

Excellet delivery service, had our sofas delivered on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn’t working and the two delivery men, Mark and Lewis put in the extra effort of carrying them up the flights of stairs. They were both friendly and chatty. Would definitely order more off of this company.

We were looking for a mattress and didn't have a lot of luck in the bed store next door, so we popped into Furniture Outlet on the off-chance they had something.

As soon as we entered the store, Michael greeted us and asked how he could help. We looked at a number of beds, and he explained the different features. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to direct us to the most suitable options for us (I have joint issues and need very specific attributes in a bed).

We ended up finding what seems like will be the perfect mattress!

Thanks to Michael for being so friendly, and having such a great handle on the different options available. Fabulous experience, definitely recommend!

Recommended by a friend during to the selection of items without the hassle of going to different stores.

Two types of sales people , one followed us around the store the other ignored our questions. Was told by one to take tags to till and to be able to take small items today, till operative said that wasn't possible as they were display stock despite other being displayed 🤷‍♀️. Shame missed out on a quick sale!

Would give none if I could! Bought an ottoman bed that not adapted properly and pistons failed and bed came down and could have killed me! I could have bought the same cheap crap from TIKTOK for half the price, thought that it was a reputable retailer! They have tried to get my reviews reported twice! Once saying I was advertising someone else, which trust pilot upheld. Then they are saying it for another company! Shows what scammers they really are!
Now they are trying to say I didn’t buy from this store and getting the review removed! Which they have also done to previous customers, who left bad reviews!

Service was prompt,very professional and the delivery guys were very kind and caring. They delivered and made sure to assemble my sofa and ensured that I understand the way it works and I was happy with everything. They made sure to tidy up afterwards.

Very happy with our new bed from furniture outlet. Delivery was quick and they prioritised us as the first delivery due to an afternoon dentist appointment, as promised. Unfortunately, we don’t have the delivery man’s name, but he was great. He delivered and fit our bed solo due to a colleague off sick, he was very friendly and professional. All in all, a great service. Thankyou

Very poor customer service. The furniture was delivered broken, and the company was not serious about fixing the problem. I contacted them multiple times, but they were unhelpful and did not take responsibility. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Updated 28/01/2026: Despite sending an evaluation report that confirmed a manufacturing fault, Furniture Outlet has failed to fulfill its legal obligation. They are now requesting that I obtain and pay for a second evaluation from another company, despite having failed to honor the report provided by the initial review company. I will never patronize or recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with the Wickford branch. I purchased a sofa from them in April 2025; however, by November, the manual recliner had stopped working properly and an armless back section became misaligned. I followed their instructions to the letter and paid for an independent report, which explicitly confirmed these were manufacturing defects.

Despite sending the report on 8th December 2025, the company has refused to take action. I have been met with nothing but 'back and forth' excuses, and the lack of accountability is staggering. They are happy to take your money, but the one-year warranty is effectively useless if they refuse to act on independent evidence. The shop manager even suggested I do their job for them by chasing their own customer care team myself. It is clear they do not want to honor their guarantee. Based on this experience, I will never recommend them. Unkind, unprofessional, and unreliable!!!
