Great customer support! I'm not used to make phone calls, so I can have some trouble understanding what I'm being told, but Khadija was really kind and patient with me. Also it was nice to hear updates on the number of calls on cue while waiting, it was fast as well.
I'd also like to mention sales consultant Azzdean Seffras, equally nice, kind and attentive with me and my partner in store.
Finally Matt and Tom installed our furniture in the blink of an eye and gave us some care instructions as well.

What a shambles this store has got the worst customer service ever we spent thousands on furniture to be delivered on the 21st of Feb. did not have any contact from furniture village i call to check the delivery was still going ahead to be told its not even in the store.
I called 4 times to be told no more information and then told it would be delivered the 26 Feb the day of delivery i was call and told delivery was on its way but there is one problem they have lost the chair.
I then called and spoke to 3 different salesmen and one person at the distrabution center to be told they are still looking for the chair 5 days later i get a call to say it was on its way.
I had to call and chase them up at every point.

Not once did i get a call from management to say sorry or to offer us anything for the probles we have had

In my opion do not buy from here unless you want the run around...........

Steve Wong was fab. We walked in to do some research on beds and ended up buying 3!
He was knowledgeable without being pushy, helped us make decisions on mattresses and frames and was friendly and didn’t rush us. We need some more furniture after recent moving and will make sure we go back when Steve is there.

Very helpful staff , nice easy transaction. Quick delivery on part of our order so Very happy . Sam Thompson served us , very friendly and knowledgeable. .

The service was first class, Azzdean was excellent and professional. The cookies they serve you are amazing. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Did not feel pressured at all. The choice of styles and combinations is excellent

Firstly Mo in the Cambridge store - so very helpful. We needed a couple of extra shelves for our recently purchased son's wardrobe - then had to change the original order. My son said 'he will be cross Mum' but Mo was lovely ... and not at all cross!!

Secondly - a huge thank you to the two delivery and construction guys, a shout out to BEN and ADAM. They arrived on a rainy day, were so considerate on my cream carpet. Constructed the wardrobe in nano minutes, were curteous and very efficient. Tookk all packaging away. A Fantastic team - thank you to Furniture Village.

We have never shopped at furniture village before.Allstaff were lovely but the guy who came to us was exceptional his name was Azzdean Seffras.

Peter was very helpful, not at all pushy and left us alone to make a decision. Didn’t buy on the first visit and he didn’t bombard me with calls which would have put me off. Went back again today to order. Again he was lovely and made the process really easy and stress free

I very much dislike the harassing of your salesmen. Must have had about 5 people ask us if we needed help - been in the shop about 5 minutes. Guess they're all wanting their commission....
Consequently I purposely avoided all these people and asked someone else, who was busy, to help me. We were served well by Peter Jones (according to the invoice) but I genuinely would have second thoughts about giving this shop any business going forward, purely down to the sales reps approach.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
