Simon was extremely helpful but not pushy in any way. I got the mattress I wanted at a reasonable price.

Had great service from FV from the staff in the showroom to the 2 guys delivering the sofa. Very professional and courteous so I feel I bought my sofa from the right place.

We went to browse for dining room tables and chairs.
We were served by Jason, he was very advisable and knowledgeable. No pressure and honest.
He gave such a positive feeling and welcoming approach.
After we looked round we went back to make our purchases.
We were shown appreciation for coming back and was treated very fairly.

Defiantly will go back again for future products.

From the beginning, we were made to feel really welcome by Jason. We were looking for a dining room table, chairs and bench and he was really helpful in explaining the different options and prices. Together we decided on the perfect dining room set. He then went through all of the details with us, explaining everything in depth so that we were sure and happy. Overall an amazing and easy experience thanks to Jason and the options at Furniture Village.

Simon showed me all the relevant furniture and explained the details of each without being pushy. He was knowledgable regarding the furniture and could answer all my questions. A real gentleman. The deal was the best of the four furniture stores nearby

No hassle and helpful when needed.

Ordered cupboard and drawers in the beginning of November. The cupboard arrived one month later but the fitters turned up with out the tools to put it together and were missing the draws.
Contstant phone calls to Furniture village has not solved this issue. Its now 5 months and counting still no draws . My parents Ordered cupboards from Furniture village that came with a broken mirror. It took a year to have it replaced. I will never order from this company again customer service is none existent.

A very friendly sales advisor made our purchase a pleasure. Me and my wife struck up a good rapport and had a laugh too.
