Furniture Village - Orpington Avaliações 

I'm happy with the quality of the divan, headboard & mattress we ordered. The issue is that the drawers on the divan won't open due to the headboard coming around the side of the divan.
The store admitted the error and reordered the correct 2+2 divan.
That was back in March. Delivery was meant to be in Mid May.
Now they're saying end of July.
Six months after we ordered it and here we are still waiting for the correct one.

I spoke with Rob on the phone about a specific sofa and went in afterwards and he knew exactly who we were and was absolutely amazing from the start. So friendly and so so knowledgeable about not only the sofas but also every single brand they had. Made this experience so easy and very enjoyable! Anything we need we will definitely come back for Rob.

Rob was really nice in explaining all the different features of the table we chose. It was a nice process and would definitely recommend anyone buying furniture to come here.

Leigh at the Orpington branch was great. A very professional friendly and helpful guy. Gives you space to make your choices but happy to answer any questions you may have. The home buyer plan helped us to make choices and secure low prices before completion of a home purchase knowing if the sale had collapsed we were not financially committed. Excellent experience. A proper conversation and understanding of what would work best for me. No pressure and given all the time needed to shortlist my options. Result: A decision not just to window shop but placed an order. Commitment to buy British was a strong one for me.

I Purchased Dining Table set from Furniture village. I was very happy with the service. The sales assistant Barbara assisted me in deciding the purchase. She was very helpful and completed the transaction with ease.

Kiran was professional as well as friendly. I did not had to repeat my concerns as he had all the information. He explained what will happen next. I have all ready have my appointment booked.

Very helpful salespeople hampered a little by minor issues with the computer system. However everything was double checked and checked again as we went through my order.

Rang in advance to ask about a certain chair - Steve was very helpful and suggested we pop in to see an example. Arrived just before store was closing but Steve was extremely helpful showing similar products and did not rush us. We bought the product comfortable that we had made the right choice.

The service we received today was excellent, Claire the nice young lady who dealt with our purchase was extremely polite and made us feel very welcome she offered my wife and I a drink and a cookie which was a nice touch and she was also very good at explaining everything to do with our purchase overall it was a great experience
