Furniture Village - Staples Corner Avaliações 

The store at Staples Corner has a great selection. We were interested in dining room furniture and had the opportunity to browse, try out the wonderful choice available on the first floor. We also had very helpful and informed customer service from Mr F. Hussain who answered all our queries and put us at ease.

Although the expectation was that the delivery would include bringing the sofa on my 2nd floor living room, the staff was very reluctant and wanted to drop in on the 1st floor. After insisting, they brought it upstairs but mounted it leaving 8cm between cushion and lower part of the sofa.
I contacted customer care, waited 30 minutes on hold, explained the issue and was provided a link to upload pictures (dec 12th).
After 1 week of radio silence I sent an email (dec 19th)....no answer
After a few days of radio silence I send a 2nd email (dec 23rd)...no answer
I hope someone will eventually reach out and find a way to fix our sofa

The man who helped us choose our tables and chairs was extremely kind and helpful, and we were very happy with the service he provided. However, we requested four additional chairs and were initially told they would arrive within a week. We have now been informed that they will not be arriving until the 30th, which is quite disappointing and upsetting for us.

We recently bought several items from the Furniture Village store at Staples Corner and I honestly can’t fault the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

Fizz was absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond to help us source furniture from other stores, taking the time and effort to ensure we found exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge, patience and dedication really stood out.

Exceptional customer service all round. A big thank you to Fizz and the team, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store and will definitely be back.

Sales person Arvind engaged with us in a polite courteous manner. Offered us discounted delivery and putting together of furniture item.

I found the sales consultant very helpful and patient. Made it easy for me to choose my new mattress!

A great variety of the items we were shopping for. The assistants / sales people were friendly, professional and gave us the time to make up our minds. It was also good that the advice given was what we needed to help us decide on what we wanted.

Purchased a Hypnos Bed and a Nicoletti Sofa from furniture village in March2025. I am heavy but not very overweight at 87kg. I advised them that I previously had problems with a Hypnos Bed which I purchased from John Lewis and problems were resolved as their after sales was excellent. We have been buying from FV for 30yrs and never had problems. I reported a similar problem to my old bed with the new bed in May - the top was sagging, squeeks and is prone to tear- Hypnos are still using a form of cardboard so I think this is poor construction especially disappointing given what they charge for these beds. 9 months on, the base has been replaced but the problem remains (I've offered an inexpensive, tried and tested solution which is to put an 18mm plywood top on the base and cover it with a matching fabric) and sadly there isn't anyone at FV who is taking responsibility to sort this out and Hypnos won't speak to me directly. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will sort this out eventually but it is very frustrating and a waste of time and money for everyone. I also reported a problem with the Sofa and no one has followed up - I'm going to have to keep chasing.

Stay away from this furniture store. Placed an order for a dining table and chairs in June. Chairs came damaged twice. Rang the store on multiple occasions, ignored each time. Head office are incompetent, still waiting for a refund for the chairs. The price of the table has been reduced since we placed the order. Apparently there is no complaints procedure at Furniture Village

Great customer service, Fizz was very attentive and asked all the questions tailored around our day to day and usage case, and based sofa recommendations on this info. Very easy to purchase a sofa and was happy with the flexibility with payment plans too. Would recommend a visit to Staples Corner.

I needed a lot of guidance to help me decide on which design of a particular sofa would fit into my sitting room. Fizz was on hand to very patiently assist me, which was very reassuring and made me feel confident I was making the right decision. He did not “hard sell” the items to me but gave me the space and time to decide on what I wanted which was a refreshing change.

Extremely disappointed by the ongoing delays to my bed order placed on 11/10/25. The original five-week delivery estimate was moved to early December, and I have now been informed of a further delay to 21/12/25–28/12/25. This means the delivery will take nearly three months, which is unacceptable.
Contacted Staples Corner branch to speak to manager, Darren but was told he was not available on several occasions. Did not return call either. Very disappointed in service.
