This review is on the shopping experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave us plenty of time to look around but were always available to answer questions. Mohammed was very helpful and dealt with us professionally, and we have ordered a sofa and 2 chairs. We are returning customers as they were so good when we bought 8 dining room chairs. Recommend Furniture Village!

We have just ordered our table and chairs today with Tan. Tan has great customer service and always makes us feel welcome. We ordered our TV unit with him a while ago and he always provides excellent customer service. Thank you so much Tan!

Accepted delivery of our beautiful sofa today. However, there were issues - the design of the sofa where the backs have to be attached to the bottom seats by a very snug and non-user friendly zip. This was a huge struggle for the installers, they tried their best and only managed to put 3 together due to great force with arms, knees and legs digging into the sofa in order to get them zipped. One seat zip came apart and the other 2 remain unzipped. This is not the delivery or service expected by a customer for an expensive sofa set. Feel let down and disappointed. I can imagine other damage has been done due to the strength required to get some zipped. Been reported to the customer care team, no contact received yet.
