Furniture Village - Thurrock Avaliações 

I have been chasing my order update since 2 weeks now?? Everyone takes details but no one is resolving. I explained my situation but I think not all customers are imp for the company. I would have given 1 star but one extra star is for team in the lakeside store. They were great but not after that. No personal understanding of customers situations? With the price paid customer service should have been better.

Amazing customer service from Mohammed Ali in Thurrock branch. Went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We placed 2 orders with him in the space of 1 month. Very happy with the service and help provided by him.

I had an awful customer service experience with Thurrock lakeside branch. I bought my dining table last year from these guys. First of all there supposed be two deliveries which they never informed me. Then I was chasing them for days to find out where my chairs were. Also delivery driver of my table broke my outside boundary wall as he parked his lorry on my driveway then denied all knowledge of it. In short, no body took responsibility for my broken wall. They asked me to prove it that it wasn’t broken before. If I had known that they going to break my wall, I would have taken pictures and made videos beforehand. What a joke. To top of it all, the manage at lakeside branch was the least helpful. I would never go there again. I had plan on buying so much stuff from there but now I would not touch them with a barge poll.

Brilliant service patience and understanding

Walked into Furniture village had the chance to look around. Suzette welcomed us and gave us water. We had a good conversation, suggestions were made. We walked away with a good feeling and came back later to buy our new sofa.
