L3 sports massage workshop - brilliant
I just had my first L3 sports massage therapist workshop with Craig Rumley and have really enjoyed the theory and hands on practical training that was provided. Craig was extremely knowledgeable in the area of sports massage and delivered a well structured and professional workshop that allowed me to digest a large volume of information throughout the two days. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience and hope that I will get to work with him again.

Had Craig Rumley for my 1st massage workshop. He explained things very well he was very fun to work with and a great teacher. Demonstrated everything very well and on point and leant a lot from him being there.

Stuart's group cycle instructor training
Stuart trained a group of us for Better / GLL in how to teach indoor cycling. The session was engaging and supportive with lots of useful information and techniques. It was not repetitive or boring. It might have been useful to have some more time to take notes and write things down, but this didn't detract from the session and I am leaving feeling confident in planning and teaching a class.

TRX with Stuart - Brilliant.
Another superb practical course with Stuart Curran! TRX suspension course with some really great instruction on how we can take this into our portfolio as PTs - and some challenge to us individually to take forward. This is the 3rd practical course I’ve done with Stuart and he is always energetic, friendly and professional. Willing to share knowledge on all things study or industry related in order to build us up. A true advocate for his profession.
