We recently attended the ideal home exhibition. We were particularly interested in garden furniture. The sales person was delightful, not pushy and knowledgeable about the products. Delivery was within a week and Manny the driver was fantastic. He constructed the furniture, removed all the packaging.
It was a painless experience. 5 stars

Product didn’t fit my furniture, so had to be returned. Rob was most helpful.

Bought a three bin storage unit which is very good. My issue is not with the product but rather with the courier service which has been enlisted. When a large and expensive item such as this is purchased there should always be an option to designate a convenient delivery date, The indicated delivery date was given as approximately three weeks, but we returned home from work a few days later to find delivery had been attempted and the item returned to depot, to be delivered again within 24 hrs. I was working again and my wife had made other arrangements for the following day which she then had to cancel. No contact number for courier or any option to rearrange delivery for a convenient date, Very poor service.

We purchased a 6 piece conservatory set on line from the garden furniture centre which was very reasonable priced considering we had been looking around for some time and most sets were over priced. When we received the order about 6 weeks after the order was placed we were very pleased with the quality seeing how we had only viewed online and it fits our requirements 100% and would definitely recommend anyone that wants quality products at affordable prices the garden furniture centre is the place to go.

Excellent piece of kit! Bought the bin cover to hide my 2 bins and so pleased I did. It came flat packed in 2 large and very heavy boxes. Took me a while to fit it all together, but this is definitely a quality product because everything lined up and fitted beautifully and I’m pleased to say the result is amazing.
Would highly recommend the company and the product.

The Furniture was delivered on the agreed day by two lovely lads, Zak and Many.
They were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Asked where items were to go and put everything together for us.
They are a credit to your firm and we would not hesitate to purchase from you in the future.

We recently ordered and received a rattan sofa. We were impressed with the quality of the sofa so we bought a chair to match.
The delivery chaps assembled the chair ( screwed the legs on) and took away all the packaging. Very helpful.

From the first telephone call the staff were friendly, efficient, nothing was too much trouble.
I ordered a memorial bench for my late Father, paid online and was given an approximate delivery date.
The bench was engraved beautifully, delivered free of charge, on time.
I give this company five stars and a huge thank you!
