I ordered a 10ft x 10ft garden shed. Initially I was impressed by the 15yr rustproof warranty.
Delivery was good and over a period of several weeks I built and fitted the shed.
Several points worth mentioning.
1 The company was very good to deal with. I had a few shortages and they replaced them without question.
2 The success of the built shed lies in a perfectly flat base. In my case I used 500mm x 500mm eco deck grids.
3 You will need a fairly good level of DIY skill set.
4 In the case of my shed you will need possibly 3 people to fit the roof.
5 I took the floor grid as an option and used this to plank out my floor using 6" gravel boards (normally used for fencing) They fitted perfectly.
On the whole I am very please with the shed and would recommend the company.

I required a new liner for our Affinity Half Moon Blagdon outdoor fish tank. Looking on line for a replacement was not easy until I came to GardenSite web page, I asked a question about the size required, got an immediate answer and a name and telephone contact. Andrew in their Aquarium section was extremely helpful. The correct size was sent express delivery which arrived 36 hours after the order was taken. I am pleased to say that the new liner was the correct one and the fish are now happily swimming in it. I will certainly use GardenSite again if I have problems in the future. Very helpful and extremely efficient service.

Ordered a water feature online on 28/6/25 'Delivery normally within 3 - 5 working days.' Heard nothing, so called them on 3/7 to chase delivery. Was told that the logistics company would call me later that day or the next to arrange delivery - no call received. Called Gardensite again on 5/7 and was told that nobody could answer my query at the weekend but somebody would chase it up on Monday. Rang again on Monday and someone said they would get back to me. Later on Monday I received the email below. When I rang again to query what was going on and the very poor communication I was told that their suppliers had not informed them that an item was damaged and they did not have a replacement.

Be warned: this company does not hold stock of all items and does not communicate effectively with either their suppliers or customers. I would think very carefully before you place your order.

We do sincerely apologise for the issues with your order 427614. It transpires that the item was picked to be dispatched and has since been damaged and thus returned to the warehouse. Unfortunately, we do not have another to send. We can only apologise for this.

Update in response to Gardensite.

A passive aggressive response, partly blaming the customer. The fact is that you said the water feature was in stock when I purchased it, so what precisely do you mean by not looking at the website 'properly'? I simply placed an order for an in stock item and then had to chase you re delivery, only to find that it wasn't actually stocked by you. Stop being defensive and improve your communication and customer service.

Ordered shed guttering from this site last year and came back for more recently. Screw on guttering. Well made and easy to fit in the size I wanted. Easy to order and all arrived in good condition. Very pleased.

After contacting the company and discussing unit prices and delivery options, I ordered the Marlin fiberglass pond. The pond arrived within 48hrs. The Gardensite employee and delivery driver even helped me carry the unit into the rear garden.
I would like to thank the company, and your delivery colleague for a brilliant service.

Excellent Customer Service!
I needed a new pond liner urgently. Gaby in Customer Service arranged for this to be sent by overnight express delivery at no extra charge to me. I received it just after 11.00 am the next day! It's now fitted and working just fine. Brilliant service all round.

I bought some furniture from GardenSite a few weeks back. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dave who was very knowledgeable on the subject of wood treatment of the product. The furniture duly arrived but there was an issue with one of the panels on the table top. I notified GardenSite and within a week a replacement top arrived. Terrific customer service and equally impressive aftercare. The quality of the furniture was excellent despite a small issue. Would definitely use this company again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Ordered a metal garden arch late on Tuesday evening and had an acknowledgment email. On Friday I phoned GS to ask when the arch may arrive as my son was over on the weekend and would be able to help me put it up. I was told delivery took seven working days, so it would arrive on Friday the following week. To my delight the arch came on Monday while my son was still with me. The arch was easy to put together and looks great in the garden. Thank you GardenSite!

After losing our elderly cat recently I wanted a black cat replica to mark the spot in our garden where we buried her ashes. Very happy with the quality of the one I received from you. The ordering and delivery process was very efficient. And the packaging it came in meant it arrived in perfect condition. And it is very lifelike. A lovely tribute to our little Coco. Thank you.

The overall experience was excellent, the wishing well was well packed on a pallet, the border stone is amazing, & so easy to put together, it's definitely worth every penny

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your website and also the care that you have obviously taken to show properly what you are selling.
I was looking for a preformed pond, and settled on a Blagdon one. I really liked the way that you provided several photos, taken by your team, showing the ponds at different angles, along with a full description and write up about each one. I loved the way you have a 'meet the team' section, as it instills a more 'personal' feeling and the fact that you have gone to the effort to do this is great.
It gave me enough confidence to buy one from you, and instilled a feeling of assurance. I liked the way that it was free delivery and you mentioned that it would be delivered in 3-5 days... Well it was here only 2 days after we had ordered it. I can't sate enough how impressed I am with your company. I believe that you are an independent co. so that's even better as far as I'm concerned.
I just wish we lived nearer to you so that we could visit.

The bench arrived less than a week later, and is excellent quality.
I was kept well informed about the progres of my order. I will certainly use tis site again.

We bought a lion head water fountain feature. Delighted with quality and the service was excellent.

Ordered late Thursday afternoon & arrived early Sunday morning. Very good service. The arch is very strong & won’t blow over on the first windy day. It is well made from treated wood and looks great. I am delighted with it. It is a focal point in the garden but not OTT. Easy and quick for a handyperson to assemble. I have every expectation that it will last and give pleasure for many years. Very good price in the sale!

Ordered a bench - delivery date stated and they were well within the time. It arrived very well package and the driver even brought it down the drive way due to parking issues. Very pleased with the service and the bench. They telephoned me to give me arrival time and were very professional. Will use this company again.

My Enigma birdbath bowl was accidentally broken and I was desperate to find a replacement. As the pedestal part of the birdbath was in tact, I was only looking for a bowl, but, was resigned to having to replace the whole thing. Contacted GardenSite customer service line and a lovely lady called Gaby was able to source a bowl for me at a very reasonable price. Delivery was prompt and efficient. The bowl was well packaged. Delighted with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this independent family run company.

Purchased a pizza oven table via this company, arrived damaged, I went back and forth over a course of weeks trying to resolve it. Extremely poor customer service and very condescending tone. The resolution offered was far from satisfactory, I gave up wasting my time in the end. Will not be using them again and certainly do not recommend them.

I had my eye on the Vivid Tabby Cat garden ornaments in my local garden centre but they only had the ones on display and they were badly scratched so I thought I would look online, I found Garden Site and a few others that had them so emailed a few to see if they came in their original packaging from the manufacturer, Garden Site was the only one that bothered to reply to say they did come in their boxes. I ended up ordering 2 and they have just arrived, I couldn't be more pleased, they are absolutely perfect, superbly packaged (a large box with the 2 boxed items inside surrounded with lots of foam padding) Delivery was was quick too, if I could give 10 stars I would, I will definitely recommend and use this company
