Naomi should be a coach for customer relationships !
From start to finish she could not have been more helpful and made the whole process easy and stress less. She also got us a better deal as well which gave us a car that we thought was out of reach.
Answered all questions, knew the process inside out and always returned calls promptly. A pleasure to deal with.

Initial contact fine
Initial contact fine, however, delayed delivery 7 weeks on a 2-3 week in stock car. No ownership taken. Not very impressed.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding delivery of the vehicle.
As previously communicated via email, the delay was unfortunately beyond our control. December is an exceptionally busy period for deliveries, and the dealership had already booked all available delivery slots for the month (first come, first serve basis). As far as we are concerned in the process, we ensured that all necessary documents were in place and delivery was authorised within the usual time frame.
We hope that everything else with your vehicle meets your expectations. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A bit of a wait but worth it in the end
Received our new vehicle in December. It felt like a very long wait after the initial flurry of activity to get things sorted. The systems to do this are straightforward however. The weekly updates were very similar while there were no developments but I would urge people to make contact if you have any concerns. Once the car was ready for delivery this was all sorted very easily just like my experiences with other leasing companies. My advice is to be patient if you have to wait a bit and stay in contact.

Quick and efficient
Had a very good experience in securing a vehicle for the business.
Service provided by Noami was exceptional, although awaiting the vehicle at present the expected date of delivery provided is much quicker than previous experiences with other companies.
Would highly recommend.

Naomi was fabulous. Explained the process and kept me fully updated. Having dealt with other lease companies GB leasing, we're easily contactable, clear and transparent and I would recommend both Naomi and GB leasing.

Brilliant Customer Service
I have never leased before and was a little wary. GBVL have been absolutely amazing from start to delivery. They explained everything simply, had lightening fast responses to emails and were so helpful in getting a quicker delivery for me. Naomi and Eliza looked after me and are superb.
