First time using GB Vehicle Leasing after using various other service providers in the past.
Process was handled efficiently by Martin.

The professionalism of Tyler was second to none. He listened to my needs for a transit and found the right one and also the colour I wanted. He worked hard sorting out a deal and finance that was in my budget. Don't often give high recommendations, but he deserves it.

Everything was perfect.Naomi & Eliza were both very helpful & always returned my emails almost immediately! I am very pleased with the car. Slight problem at the end, the car didn’t arrive on the day it was planned! Not there fault though. Highly recommend using them.

My experience from start to finish was excellent, what made a particular difference and the difference that will ensure my continued custom was the communication. At all times I was fully up to date with movements, emails updating me, fast replies to questions and a fantastic customer service experience. Service like this is sorely lacking in todays market.

I was then passed onto the admin team who contacted me straight away. For someone that has never leased a car before, I found the process easy and well explained.
