Although I had no receipt to prove the age of my alarm and it looked like that the alarm had been a long time in the shop before I bought it, Geemarc was willing to replace it free of charge.

I chose this because I thought it would help us with our visual and hearing difficulties. I am very uncertain whether I have connected it properly because I find the "instructions" are very inferior to others I have used. The illustrations showing connections are fuzzy and indistinct. The verbal instructions are terse, assuming the reader is technically proficient. There do not seem to be explanations as to how to enter numbers into the memory.
The phone looks all right but I cannot put the battery into the extra handset!
It may work very well but I feel I need better instructions or a member of the younger generation to set it up.

Excellent customer service.
Company supplied replaced batteries for telephone within days of contacting them.

I found the service from your company excellent. Within three days of my first email to your company we had the replacement Headset.

Avevo bisogno di earpads di ricambio per le loro cuffie (che fra l’altro funzionano benissimo!!) e me li hanno mandati gratuitamente a loro spese! 5* davvero bravi!

Excellent service. I contacted Geemarc on the 4th January as the earpads on my husband's Geemarc CL7400 headphones were shredding. I was contacted by Justin Verhaeghe the next day and replacement pads were going to be posted with instructions on the 9th. I received the pads on the 17th January and were successfully fitted. All at no cost to me.

If you have a problem with your Geemarc telephone: need a new handset or twirly cord, just get in touch with them. You will get a very pleasant, fast response, with details of how they can help you. Delivery will be as speedy as their initial response. I have used Geemarc telephones for years and always found the firm very helpful.

Faulty unit was replaced quickly with no fuss. Very happy.

They replied in 24 hours and gave me good advice.

You never truly know how good a company is until something goes wrong! Well today I purchased what appeared to be an amazing communication tool for dementia victims!

Well today I phoned many times for help! Yet after a message the phone hangs up! Then your pushed to email.

This product is simply not fit for purpose! After four hours of setting it up it was clear it does not work. With four first class degrees including electrical engineering it was clear something is missing!

The instructions are wrong and very poorly written and you can’t get help.

So thankfully I had the opportunity to send it back and it’s on its way.

So to summarise!

The customer care does not have a helpline that works!

The instructions are simply wrong!

The product is not at all suitable for dementia victims!

So my thought are don’t purchase instead find a tried and tested communication tool!

Very dissatisfied and would give less stars than one if I could
