Justin. His customer service was second to none. He couldn't have been more helpful in sorting my problem out even though I couldn't find the receipt. He replaced my head phones without any bother and they were delivered in days. He not only replaced the head phones but sent a full new unit. Thank you Justin

Problems with the remote on SOS phone.
The remote on my SOS phone stopped working when it was only about a year old - battery said to last for two years. My email enquiry was answered very quickly and the gentleman on the helpline authorised a replacement. This arrived the next day. When I had problems linking the new one to the base unit he was endlessly patient, even talking me through the process by phone. Result: one very satisfied customer.

The geemarc cL595 amplified phone that has enabled me to hear people over phone
The geemarc cL595 amplified phone that I have purchased also with a cordless phone too is absolutely brilliant. I can hear now very clearly when using the phone to make or receive calls. I have really struggled with my old phone not being able to hear properly. The volume boost on geemarc phone has enabled me to now hear clearly what someone is saying to me.

Seriously helpful. Never had any issues when advising of a fault that had developed in one of their telephones. Immediate replacement organised. Customer service as it used to be !

Faulty headphone set
Reported a fault on a headphone set. Geemarc responded very quickly. The faulty item was return to them and was repaired and posted back the next day

Great response to a problem
A disabled friend's cordless handset ceased working. Geemarc Telecom replaced the handset for free & were extremely helpful in dealing with the situation both swiftly & sympathetically.

An exemplary customer care
Some years ago I had bought an Amplipower 40 for my parents to address their growing hearing difficulties. The handset showed some problems from the beginning: it was difficult to hear my parents' voice, while they heard perfectly. Over time the malfunction got worse and when my father passed away, the situation became really difficult. The phone was my mother's only link with family and friends, but it was becoming difficult to use as we could hear her voice on the phone. I wrote Geemarc asking for the possibility of a spare part to replace the malfunctioning handset and I found an unexpected care that moved me. Geemarc sent a new handset directly to my mother for free, solving immediately the issue! Geemarc showed an exemplary customer care service and a remarkable attention to people. I take the opportunity to thank Geeemarc so much: your reputation flighted so high that I’ve just bought two Amplipower 50 for other rooms in my mother’s house.
