great customer service with a personal genuine goal

Very happy with my purchase of the timer safe lock. After about a year the lock got sticky and forcing the lock didn’t help open it. I was able to have it repaired quickly and continue to be a very happy customer!

A timed safe is not a common product to find. There are cheap plastic things or very expensive and difficult safes. Genie Hand Timed Safe was affordable, sturdy and works flawlessly. When I lost my keys, they responded immediately from Italy and Fedex'ed a new one within days. I am rarely impressed these days with any products or companies. I am, however, very impressed with Genie Hand.

Very unique product, handy for many different reasons. Lock ur money away without a way to open it. Lock other things away within a time frame for self protection… ;) Just great!

The company is truly striving to provide a great experience, through its both products and customer service.

I previously got a small size of the Time Lock Countdown Safe, the older version, and just upgraded to the new one. This new and improved version is more sturdy, has better mechanics, an entirely new timer, and a significantly longer battery life. This is prbably the best product on the market.

It’s a perfect tool to limit activities or things you otherwise don’t have a good discipline with such as phones, social media, video games, sweets, cravings, etc.

Overall, I highly recommend it!

ロックがかかる時間（約束したゲームを終わる時間）を設定して、それまでに金庫にしまえなければ、金庫が開かなくなりしまえなくなるので、約束の時間にゲームを終えられたかそうでないかが一目瞭然です。
子供でも開閉操作は4桁番号入力するだけなので簡単です。
また、タイムロックの設定方法は慣れれば簡単で、設定方法や困ったときのヘルプセンターの対応も、メールのやり取りは日本語で迅速に回答もらえました。

The door needs adjustment. It does not open and close smoothly.

Great product, great company.
I have bought many of these safes- I think at least 3-4 small ones, 1 medium one and recently 1 large one.
Some observations:
There is a large leap in quality between the smaller safes and the medium/large one. For any user, I would recommend the medium one due to this. The locking mechanism is smoother and it just feels more robust. However, I know they were improving the smaller devices so it may be that they are now as good as the large ones.
The largest safe is huge. I selected a deposit hole with this one and its great, but it is also quite large. I would be possible for small items to come back out through this hole (by shaking) unless it was screwed to the ground.
As I say, I borderline obsessed with this product and its uses, would suggest a subreddit to explore applications further.

The customer service is very good. Was able to get the right safe for my need. I had choosen a wrong model of safe but the support team helped me to change to the right model promptly.

If you’re on the fence about this safe, it is truly the best time lock safe on the market. Do not hesitate to purchase! I’ve had mine for over 4 years. You really can’t break into it, and it has been a savior in locking away cravings or personal items.
