The goods they send are rubbish. So bad they should be sued under the Trade Descriptions Act. The delivery time is very long but worst of all there is no established way to return the junk they send

Advertised as " Multifunctional Rechargeable Flashlight with 4999 yard range." Focus is not adjustable, torch cannot be opened to change battery, size is four and a half inches long by one inch diameter, range is actually more like 49 yards, Cost £22, value about £2. Will never deal with this company again, total rip off.

This company charged me £22.99 for a Vintage T9 Trimmer Professional trimmer. Postage and packaging a further £4.99 total price of £27.98. this item delivery time is 10-15 days and the cost of delivery is too expensive for such a long delivery time. Yes, the package came from China, furthermore, I suspect it was purchased from Aliexpress at a very cheap price between £0.64 to several pounds on the seller. Take my advice and check if similar items are sold elsewhere for a lower price and just don't accept the first price you see on a whim.

I sent a complaint to customer services, but I have not received a reply from over a week ago.

I ordered my goods, on 18th August, but still hadn't received them by 29th August. I sent an email that day to customer services, explaining goods hadn't arrived and could they give an ETA. It's now 31st August - still no goods and no reply from customer services. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I can take it up with them

Georgeshop spam me with emails constantly. I have unsubscribed at least 7 times, and finally written to inform them that the next email I receive will result in escalation. That email came today.
It is my policy to immediately cease any transaction with an organisation that unrepentantly disrespects customers.
On that basis, they will never receive a penny from me. If they won't honour a simple request like that, how can they be trusted to deal with any larger situation that may arise,?

This company sell rubbish mainly made in China. It is advertised as of good quality and made with certain
materials, it is neither in any respect.
I purchased a car seat tidy unit which cost £24 supposedly made of leather and other good quality
materials ! when i asked to return it they said i could return it to China at my expense or have a 50% refund and keep the item !!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Ordering was easy but then noticed my house number hadn't been put in, tried to change it but couldn't so who knows where my purchase will end up, and I've paid for it!!

I bought a laptop stand worth for £27.93 and they sent me a much smaller tablet stand. I have tried three times to email them through their return email but to no avail.
There was no packing note, the box for the item is in Chinese and the return address on the parcel was a warehouse.
There seems to be no way to obtain a refund nor any mechanism to return good sent in error.
The bill appears on my credit card as a payment to LABUBU in Bromley.
It appears from the "Trustpilot" site that this is not unusual - see one star reviews.
What can be done about this ??

They promise 1-3 day delivery, where in actual fact, they supply cheap rubbish from China taking weeks to arrive. They have ZERO customer service, ignoring all emails, no acknowledgement of order and a useless 'Customer Service' mobile number which is as useless as their email. The thought of returning any items is also just as terrifying. You would be left with no goods (as rubbish as they are) and no money either. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !!!!

I was given a discount code which was not accepted when ordering otherwise the procedure was strait forward. I was surprised that there was nowhere to request the car decal AUDI to appear on the items as this was shown in the advertising literature

Ordered a pressure washer with two batteries but arrived with one only, contacted the seller plus Georgeshop bur had no response from either party.
This is the worst service I have ever had from any company I have ever dealt with. Would not touch them with a barge pole BEWARE. Tried to return but no response from anyone and apart from that I could have bought one from eBay at a third of the cost.
