Good service quick delivery I was amazed

It Was Easy.

The products looked like they could do the job I needed them to do. The price was reasonable also.

Order was delivered on 5th October. The nail trimmer looks good, had a quick look at it and tried it straight away. It works quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that I can't open the little dust bin to empty it but I hope I'll get it open soon. It's still worth 5 stars though. Good quality looks well made. Happy with my purchase. Thank you

I don't know if they took the word of the Company that supplied them? Or if the person supplying at the point of sale description he found on his morning cereal box?? But whatever it is completely fake!
The torch supplied is not a pattern I have seen before IE the torch body. But the Led and 18650 battery certainly are. So right out of the plain white cardboard box (Totally absent of ANY MANUFACTURERS BRANDING!? (Just like the thousands of other SAMPLE torches I have bought or Torches I have BOUGHT and paid for over the 25+ years I have been buying them from China.)
These are not torches which have been built to "Georgeshop" specifications. But simply torches available for sale to anyone sending money to a seller in China. Right away the alarm bells ring when the seller tells me the battery in the torch is 4,000mAh. Because a 4,000mA battery only exists in a salesman's vocabulary. The LARGEST possible rating for a Li-iON battery is 3,600mAh. And that is only from one of the major suppliers of batteries (LG).
Then you have the output of light from the Led itself. The led used is a T6 led which with the the battery fitted with a 3.6v output is just 340lm NOT the 2,000lm they proclaim! You can certainly have a single 18650 battery that will output 2,000lm on a hand held torch. But chances are unless you do spend some serious money you will NOT be holding the torch for long as the 2,000lm will certainly melt plastic! And even an aluminium torch will become too hot to handle pretty quickly. That and the battery would need to be a lot better battery than the fake battery fitted! Oh yes, one more thing you may like to be aware of!? I have personally had a battery EXPLODE all over me! And it was funnily enough a supposed 4,200mAh battery made by ?? Well that raised my suspicions too! Because it was not a known maker of batteries! But now I know what to look for!! Anything in a BRIGHT YELLOW COLOUR. I've seen them in batteries from 4,500mAh, 7500mAh, 9,900mAh and even 12,000mAh. But even a person with no sight would know the worst batteries to be found are those which are VERY light! Many of these are fitted with a AA size of battery built into an 18650 battery casing. So the battery is a Li-iON battery but because of the use of an AA sized battery the battery is a much lower weight than a genuine 18650 battery will be. So that is one way to decide if the battery is a dud so to speak. Take what you know to be a genuine battery and weigh it and compare the weight to the suspect battery and the battery that is lighter will be the dud battery. And the difference in weight will be a lot lower on the suspect cell. Certainly take all necessary precautions if you do decide to use the batteries. But I would suggest retiring them to one of the duff battery bins in your local Supermarket! You KNOW it makes sense!
But back to the present torch and the dodgy battery. If you HAVE found this post? Please take heed as YOU, May be lucky and get a small scar and a burnt carpet! But you may also be burying your nearest and dearest!! NEVER. EVER CHARGE BATTERIES UNATTENDED!! AND NEVER UNLESS YOU KNOW THEY ARE GENUINE BATTERIES. These batteries are FAKE BATTERIES!! Don't take any chances! Return them now!! OR? Don't buy in the first place.

You sell products that are not available in Scotland - unless you go online. The variety you stock is very good value and quality plus the prices are excellent.

I received the belt which was too small (size info incorrect) Return policy says goods may be returned within 30 days but no return address. No return address on package. Emailed customer services as per the return policy - no response. Emailed again - no response. I then started a dispute via the PayPal resolution centre saying the goods were not as described. Next day I had email via PayPal from Inspiringinventory (!) offering for me to keep the goods and get 50% back. I asked for full refund and a UK address. Next day I had the "final" offer of 70% back. I said I wanted to return the goods to a UK address and a full refund. Next day I had confirmation from PayPal that I had my full refund - postage excluded which I expected. So use PayPal and don't be bullied!!!

My order took 18 days from ordering to arriving which was fine, but if they would say that on ordering it would save a lot of hassle emailing the company asking where the order is (and not getting a reply!)

They tempt you to buy with the offer of a 10% discount, but there's no way during the order process to claim this ☹️.
I ordered a camping torch with built-in fan which is quite good quality, but £15 would have been a fairer price than the £19.99 I paid for it.

I also ordered some foaming cleaning spray which is TINY! At £9.99 it's a bit of a rip-off. The nail-clippers I ordered are excellent for those thick toenails that normal nail-clippers can't cope with. However, they are so sharp they're lethal! So you have to be very careful when using them.

I would probably order from this company again.

There was no 5% off section available upon paying. Even though I had a code there was no way to put it in.
