Thought it would be a rather nice gift for a 60 year old who has everything. Unique and brought back lots of lovely memories for anyone who is of a certain age.

I have used this company before and I have always been very happy. Years ago I had a issue with my order and it was dealt with straight away. The delivery is super fast. I can't fault them. excellent company.

Wow what a beautiful card they personalised for me. Delivered quick and efficiently too. Would definitely recommend.

Very dissatisfied as the design is burnt on and you can see the burn marks on the outside of the pattern and name.

I ordered on 3rd November and was advised that delivery would be by Saturday 9th which was fine as it was a personalised first Christmas bauble but nothing and then to be told it’s sent via 3rd party ( which would have been good to know originally) I’m now at the mercy of waiting for an answer from said 3rd party. I will give any business a chance but when they can’t fulfill the simplest of things like an update email or get it to you by an agreed date then sorry it’s a no from me.

Glass was lovely writing was terrible. Couldnt read it. Ended up having to buy a new glass for another website and they weren't interested that there writing on the glass was absolutely shocking and unreadable

Don’t waste your money on the personalised note book, I paid £7.99 plus postage, it was absolutely pathetic. Spiral bound soft back note book I could have bought for £1.00 elsewhere. The personalisation was tiny. Way, way overpriced for what it is. Customer service not good either. Only given 2 stars because it was quick delivery.

Found what I wanted straight away

I ordered from them every year,Christmas cards,birthday cards,personalised gifts but this year I ordered a personalised card and didn’t came,they don’t answer the email I send…no card and no money(I payed for fast delivery too) I will never buy from them again..

Goods were faulty and refunded very quickly
