I ordered a dress just like four others which I have and wear often. I returned this latest one, as the color was not what I expected from the catalog and online pic. The fit was a bit larger as well. Fabric was decidedly thinner. I, of course, had to pay my own postage for return, so this purchase was not a good experience.

Try it you'll like it. Variety of products, decent prices, respectable credit line increases when you pay your bills on time and so far pretty quick delivery of orders, easy website usage for ordering and paying bills. This is my experience so far.

Product received was a bit cheaply made and hard to get clear instructions from the single set of directions but able to muddle way through. Have not yet actually used the boat. Too scared I might lose it....

Would have wanted better communication and updates on order status. But I’m happy with the product.

I'm sorry but these companies have become far to difficult to deal with. I've made to purchases with Gettington. While love the merchandise , it's to difficult to make returns. I received someone else's order which was a mess to return. Prices are a little high. I have to print my own return label, mail it wait 10 days or longer to get credit . Then I can reorder my order which I needed sooner. Then it took a 45 minute game of your it with the customer service lines automated phone line to actually talk to a real person. Now my 2nd order was perfect & on time. Don't mind paying for what I get but I shouldn't have to wait for my order because someone in there company made a mistake. I personally will be paying off my account & shutting it down. If I wanted a do it yourself company I'd shop at Wal-Mart.
P.S. Once I finally reached customer service the lady I spoke with was very nice however not very helpful.
