First purchase so far so good.

There is always room for correction. I find that narrowing down a search limit excessively. This limited view does not show all available Items in the parameters and it makes things difficult to find. I have to remove the search parameters and Pick through everything in hopes to find what I am looking for.

Love gettington and the products. I love that I can buy and pay over time. Makes life so much easier.

They did a great job. My order consisted of several pairs of shoes and a scarf. I was sent all but one pair. They were exactly what I ordered and arrived on time. I re-ordered the last pair and received them on time and they were exactly what I ordered

Average customer service. Lack of understanding of the problem. Less polite, but not mean. Do more listening, less talking over the customer! Thanks for your time!

Gettington has a great selection of merchandise and good quality merchandise. It's easy to use their site from selection to checkout. I'm very pleased with everything I've purchased, I had to return a watch I had bought cause the band was to small and even the return was handled promptly.

Your exchange process is ridiculous! I should be able to call customer service, order my exchange (free of shipping) then return the incorrect item in the mail for a refund. I am being told return postage will arrive in 10 days then to follow the instructions for an exchange and allow another 10-15 days to process the return and receive the exchange. This is 2019 and there is no way I will continue to order from you with a antiquated return/exchange system in place.

I had a package go missing and they were quick to resolve the issue. Also, every order I have placed, I have received quickly.

Everything went smoothly. Lovely product.

I had a hard time placing the order to start with. My bank, Wells Fargo, flagged Gettington as a scam. Maybe I should have taken their opinion more seriously. The CSRs that I have spoken with have not been very nice or helpful. I ordered 2 rugs and a chair. I do love the rugs but the chair has been not acceptable. First the ad for it was deceiving the way it was written and lead me to believe the material was not what I received. To return it, I would have to pay for the shipping back which was almost the cost of the chair to begin with. So I reluctantly kept the chair. I bought a 1yr service warranty and have nothing to show for that except the bill. I have had it now less than a month and I have the side of the cushion showing some very poor quality and stitching that is coming out on the side of the chair. It has barely been sat it and already falling apart and I have no idea what the warranty is supposed to cover and I have no idea what, if anything, I can do about it. I can't wait to get this account paid off and I will NOT order anything again.

This stroller is exactly what my granddaughter was looking for. High quality - great looks - and functions perfectly. I highly recommend.

Just one order so far. What I noticed was that I received my order very quickly, which I like. I also was happy with the tank tops that I ordered.

I could not give Gettington five stars because I ordered a storage cabinet and it didn’t come with the back panel to the cabinet. They sent me a replacement part which was supposed to be the back panel but instead they sent me a door to the cabinet but this storage cabinet did not require a door to it. So now I’m stuck with having to return this door back to Gettington and hopefully this time they will send me the right replacement part...the back panel !!!!!!!!!!

I BEING TRYING TO REPORT A MISSING PACKAGE FOR OVER A WEEK, THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THROUGH MY EMAIL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO SENT ME AN AFFIDAVIT FOR ME TO FILL OUT AND AS OF YET I HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT..I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I'M GETTING.
