Over the last few decades I have spent tens of thousands of pounds buying clothes from Ghost. I’m something of a fan, particularly of the heritage items. I am therefore well aware of what size I should buy. My last purchase was online for the Eleanor dress. I was shocked at what arrived. A poor cut where the gathers for the bustline started halfway up my breasts and yet the entire garment was way too wide for me. And then they have the cheek to charge me for returning their badly cut garment. Ghost just lost a very loyal customer. Never buying from them online again!
Wow she’s is read these reviews! I purchased a dress after seeing Holly on this morning wearing it!! Never again. It came and it was faulty so sent it back the same day. It’s been 2 weeks in total from when I sent it. I was told after 10 days I’d get my refund. Now after contacting them via email and phone I finally got through today on the phone after being cut off because there was not enough advisors. To be told my refund won’t even be issues till the 27th June. I sent it back on the 9th June! How bad is that. You’d expect a higher service than that when the item of clothing is so expensive! I also had to pay for return postage as well as a really high postage to receive it when it was faulty! I shouldn’t have to pay any postage of it was faulty!!! Then the return a faulty item they sent I’m out of pocket about £10!! I will never ever buy from this company again!
AVOID still waiting for a refund on a £140 dress you get no response via phone and email is shocking. UK returns should be free as stated on their return sheet yet when you go in portal to return they say they charge you £4.95. The QR code from them didn’t even work!!! Shocking

you should be EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED of the way you operate a business. Never have I been so blatantly taken advantage of and disrespected as a customer. Shame on you.
The situ: I ordered 4 items, (two suits essentially) for Ascot coming up next week. They arrived and I tried them on at home. Lovely, but the style wasn't quite right. I put each item back in the garment bag, in the box, and returned the items via royal mail.
Was just notified today that they are only refunding one pair of pants, as all the other 3 items were "damaged" and "unsellable".
The best part is they are not only unreachable on a phone line - (they don't have a customer service contact phone number), but they won't provide images of said damages. These items never left my room.
I like to think of myself as an honest person who believes in doing the right thing - at all times. It breaks my heart that a company feels like they can treat customers this way. I'm scared to think of how many other times this has happened, because without any conversations, photos or evidence, who's to say they don't do this more often?
This is so not my style but there is a time to chime in when a company operates like this. I just hope that if anyone who reads this thinks of buying with Ghost, they think again.
Utterly devastated and irate with this company.
I placed an order and received the goods - all ok. Unfortunately, they were not what I wanted and so have returned them as per the guidelines. I haven't received an acknowledgement of receipt of the return and I have tried to call them several times, only to be told that there were no Customer Services staff available and to end the call and try again later. I have sent an email to Customer Service and have not received a response, just a return blank email. This is extremely frustrating and I don't think I will be using them again, or recommending them.
Appalling customer service. Ordered a skirt next day delivery, was delivered 10 days later. Have since returned the skirt and still waiting on feedback over 3 weeks later
3 dresses ordered, all arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had to return them and 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for the refund. After I contacted Ghost they replied saying the refund had been processed, it may have been but 4 days on still nothing🙄
Ordered 2 dresses direct from Ghost, received 2 tops from a completely different retailer. Have been trying to contact them for 3 days with zero response. Shocked John Lewis is working with such a shoddy company and wish I'd bought from there instead - at least that way I'd get some customer service.
Appalling customer service. Refused to exchange my wedding dress which is too big for me so I was forced to buy another one 5 days before my wedding!!!
Really bad customer service. Refuse to accept returns of items which have the tags still on and were never working when just outside the return date.
Clothes badly made and poor sizing. Gilda at customer service was completely unhelpful.
DO NOT BUY! Awful company and terrible customer service. Have tried to buy a few things and the fits and qulaity are terrible. Still waiting for refund for over 3 months they owe me £500.
Have been waiting on a refund like others for other a month. No communication, the only response I got was when I left a comment on Instagram these comments have now been turned off because everyone was saying the same thing. Worst customer service I have ever experience.
I have never written a review on Trust Pilot but feel like I need to warn others against this scammy company! This was genuinely the worst customer service I've ever received. From the long delays between messages from "Gilda" the "customer service" rep, to the cagey and inaccurate information about the company's return policy (it clearly stated on their website that international customers had 60 days to return items; they've since changed this policy to 45 days -- conveniently after I returned my item after 45 but within 60 days) to their refusal to process my deserved refund, to their *literally ghosting me* after a certain point.... this was just a nightmare through and through.
Save yourself and don't buy from these people. If you HAVE purchased something and are trying -- in vain -- to get a refund for your return, you should get your bank or PayPal involved. Thank God for Paypal; they took action and refunded me when Ghost had gone radio silent.

I will never purchase again from ghost…
Got two dresses loved them both one was too big. Returned over 22 days ago and still no credit refund. Tried emailing and calling and still no response. Very dissatisfied now.
Will think about buying from them again. Be warned.
Horrendous customer service. Ordered two dresses two months ago, they never arrived. Tracking was not updated on them. Emailed a month ago, no answer. Have had to go down PayPal route and they haven’t even responded to that. Criminal customer service, don’t shop here.
Just like all these other reviews. Sent something back to them which they received over 2 weeks ago and no update on refund. Take over a week to get back to emails and don't answer the phone. Have raised this with my credit card company.
I have sent several emails about my return and not received any response. I have been waiting for my refund for 10 days now and in that time I ordered two other things from other websites, sent them back and received the refunds already. My emails have been ignored. Their website says 'we aim to respond to customers within 48 hours.' I sent them three emails - the first was 9 days ago. I then sent one 6 days ago, then more recently 3 days ago. I have been ignored on all 3 occasions.
Returned item 3 weeks ago and have not heard if it has arrived and no refund. Customer service don't answer the phone. And have not replied to email from 2 weeks ago.
Poor customer service response, I returned clothes a few days late due to an illness. Their team took over a week to respond to emails and they returned the clothes to me without notice.
Would not order again.
