⚠️ BEWARE – Potential Scam & Data Theft

I strongly advise caution with this company.

The process starts with an email claiming you’ve been awarded a gift card. You’re then directed to a website to “redeem” it, where they collect your name, email, and mobile number.

Next, they claim your application is taking longer than expected and ask you to check your email. You then receive another message ( from “RewardsPass”) prompting you to claim Mastercard gift cards.

At this stage, they request highly sensitive personal information, including:

* Date of birth
* Home address
* A “secret word” (often used for security verification)

This is where it becomes extremely concerning.

this information is then used fraudulently including opening mobile contracts or virtual credit accounts in your name. I strongly recommend checking your credit file if you’ve engaged with them.

I have reported this activity to relevant authorities, and investigations appear to be ongoing. However, accountability seems limited, and action so far has been minimal.

Bottom line: do not engage, do not provide personal details, and avoid this entirely.

Wrote a review on April 10th

Wrote a review on April 10th, as I still haven't received my £150 gift card for signing up to Vodafone Broadband. They replied on here, saying I would get my voucher within 24hrs. Well... here we are 72hrs later... still nothing. Tried contacting directly... still no reply. Feel fobbed off on here, just to placate the situation, but still not fixed!

I applied in November 2025 for a TSB account, a a promotion was on to receive a gift voucher from Giftcloud. Waited 3 months, still not received. I have tried emailing Giftcloud customer service 3 times and they just ignore my emails.

Steer clear of Gift Cloud

If you see an offer of a gift card from Gift Cloud don't bother ordering anything as this company will never send out your reward and the only reply to emails you will get is an automated response saying they are receiving a lot of email surprise surprise. I have sent multiple emails and filled in numerous online claim forms over months and months but never once received a human response. Worst company EVER.

Failure to receive gift card

I purchased Vodafone Broadband in December 2025 and through this company was due to receive a £155 gift card after 120 days.

I contacted them on the 30th March and sent an email with a messaged being received advising that they had a two day reply estimate but in busier periods this could take longer.

I left it a couple of weeks to see if anything was communicated and sadly it wasn't and so sent another email, with nothing received in reply and tried contacting them through the website again also, and sadly still nothing received back other than another message saying that an average reply takes two days etc.

Overall this has been a very disappointing experience with the company, the two ticket numbers I have as reference are 642923 and 646542. Seeing the other reviews I sadly think this is a common experience.

Overall I'm very disappointed about this whole experience.

Still waiting for an £80 Amazon voucher after a purchase from Carphone Warehouse. Tried to contact support, been nearly a whole month, still no response.
This direct mis-selling and false advertising is definitely a breach of consumer law.
Absolutely shocking.

No voucher received. I waited the max window of 120d, I spent some time filling in the form online to submit a claim.

Ticket number 644597.

No reply after 10 days. Poor business. They are also making the lead provider look bad too.

Abysmal, lack of communication from Giftcloud. I have emailed more than once regarding a £25 voucher for opening a TSB account. No response, and seemingly no way to contact them.

Last chance before Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

I signed up to Vodafone Broadband in November 2025 and was promised a £130 gift card. I contacted them after the 120 day wait. I have raised tickets and sent emails, the only two advertised methods of contact, and have been ignored.

I can see I am not alone. This goes beyond incompetence, and can only be deliberate. At the least it is mis selling, but smells like fraud.

You have 1 day to contact me and rectify, after which I will escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service, who I hope open an investigation into how GiftCloud is being led.

Vodaphone Voucher

Along with many others I signed up for Vodaphone Broadband in November 2025 via moneysavingexpert and was due to reciev a voucher within 120 days. It is now well past this date and my email follow ups have been ignored. Ticket number 644312. You shouldn't have to resort to shaming on a review site to get something you were promised from the outset. I'd suggest MSE give this company a wide berth in future.

Very Dissapointed

Very Dissapointed, I’m fed up of sending tickets over email to redeem the £155.00 gift card as promised when I correctly took a broadband contract through the right process, more than 120 days have passed since installation and it’s stressing me out. It has been multiple attempts, and weeks since I’ve enquired. I’ve checked junk folders, the lot! Seems to be an issue for many, feels like a scam..

Emailed about my voucher from signing up to vodaphone broadband should have received a £135 voucher have submitted tickets had auto reply saying be in touch with 48 hours and all come back as solved but not a single response or solution from them!! Don't bother using just scamming people ticket number 640833 another 2 emails to them since my review and surprise surprise been marked as solved with no response this company needs to be investigated as clearing conning people another ticket submitted and still saying solved getting ridiculous

I can see Ticket 640833 is still open. As you signed up to the offer on the 2nd March Vodafone won't confirm your eligibility with us until the 120 day validation period has passed.

Signed up for a Vodafone broadband promotion in November 2025 and was advised I would receive a £140 giftcard as part of the promotion within 120 days. The gift card never arrived and have emailed them on numerous occasions with an automated response informing me I would get a reply within 48 hours. No response has been forthcoming and would appear to be a bit of a scam.Ticket number 640309

Appalling service…

I opened a TSB account offering £25 reward which Giftcloud verified as 19 December 2025.

After numerous emails with Giftcloud who say the matter has been resolved, to date 16 April 2026, no reward has been received. As requested I have checked my spam folder to no avail.

Signed up with Vodafone broadband and I would receive a £150 voucher from Giftcloud (120 days after signing).
This time passed and no gift voucher arrived. Filled in contact form on Giftcloud, they seemed to be very busy.
Giftcloud have now resolved this issue and I am happy with the result.

I signed up with Vodafone Broadband with the promise of a £150 voucher. I've contacted gift cloud several times but have received nothing and there's no phone number to contact them either. I will persist, contact Vodafone and potentially small claims court etc. Companies shouldn't be allowed to behave like this...

Update 16/04/2026 - Problem solved quickly and efficiently. I suspect there may be some bandwidth issues at the company hense the delay in replying. Anyway, gone from a 1 star to a 4 star.

Silence from support.

I placed an online order for Vodafone broadband in October 2025, which clearly included a Giftcloud reward as part of the offer.

In accordance with the stated terms, I waited the required 120 days from my installation date, allowing additional time beyond this period. However, I did not receive any communication or email regarding the reward.

On the 19th of March, I submitted a formal support ticket (#639804) through Giftcloud’s Zendesk system. Having received no response, I followed up on the 12th of April. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement or update indicating that my request is being processed.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service from Giftcloud. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and for the agreed reward to be honoured. Failing this, I will proceed with a formal complaint to Vodafone and, if necessary, escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

-UPDATE- (16/05/26)

As per their reply to this review, I can confirm they have followed up correctly and promptly.

The advice I would give your support team is to simply reply to tickets if you have a backlog, stating such instead of leaving people in the dark.

Updating to 2 stars from 1 star, as I shouldn't have had to resorted to this in the first place.

I need to leave another 1* review because the response to my previous review is quite frankly, a lie.

I haven't received a response to my ticket, I haven't received the gift card yesterday as promised and I never received anything on the 31st December.

No voucher and not getting any responses now

I have received vouchers successfully in the past. However, I did not receive my voucher after taking out an ID contract last year. I contacted Giftcloud in February and was informed on 4th March that I would receive my voucher but it has not been sent. All further contact has since been ignored :(
Update: in response to Giftcloud's reply, I checked my junk email many times and no voucher email was received. I did eventually get a follow-up on the ticket days later with giftcloud claiming the voucher had already been redeemed. However, the voucher had been sent again and went straight to my inbox and I was able to redeem it. We got there in the end but the service was poor and slow!
