The easiest way to organise a collection
It is really easy to use and has improved greatly over the past few years. I found it quick and any amendments to the picture, timeline or access are very easy to input. It allows contributors to make easy donations and card comments wherever they are via the link. I also appreciate being able to resend the gift card details if someone loses them.

This is a helpful tool
This is a helpful tool which makes office collections far easier than having cash handed to someone or transferred to their bank account and challenges of having to keep track of this.
Also gives recipient the choice of where to spend the money but without it being cash which can just disappear without thought.

I was very disappoInflexible expiry policy — losing a group gift and losing a customerinted with…
I was very disappointed with GiftRound’s handling of my FlexCard. The voucher expired after 12 months and, despite contacting them within three days of expiry and explaining difficult personal circumstances (recent return from maternity leave), they refused to reinstate the remaining balance. They did offer a one-off goodwill replacement of £112.50, which I accepted, but I’m upset that the full value couldn’t be restored or that there wasn’t more flexibility given this was a group gift bought for me in good faith. Customer service was polite and clear, but the policy felt inflexible and leaves unanswered questions about what happens to unused funds once a voucher expires. I will not be using GiftRound for my team at work in future, which is a shame because we used it regularly.

Our FlexCard vouchers have a 12-month expiry period and, once expired, any unused balance can no longer be accessed in the same way as an active voucher.
While we did make an exception in this case to try to help, I’m sorry this still wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.

Easy, efficient and honest
I found it really easy to use and navigate and was able to organise the collection in record time. It was great having the controls on it such as choosing when to end the collection and being able to purchase a gift card to send directly to the individual was another plus. I also like that every penny goes to the recipient rather than going to the site. I will definitely use it again!

We’ve intentionally simplified our experience to focus fully on the FlexCard to make it super easy to organise a group collection.
GiftRound collections can be split between FlexCards if you’d like to use part of the collection to buy physical gifts too from our FlexCards brands including M&S, Not On The High Street and Waitrose.

At GiftRound, we take security and fraud prevention very seriously and remain vigilant against activity that may breach our terms of use. In this case, the collection was assessed as high risk by our fraud prevention systems and was therefore unable to continue.

I loved the whole idea, it is simplistic, earned my trust and have found my own ways of using to differently, to use the split to pay incentives to my research participants, may be you can use this idea also as promotion as this app is not just for occasions but also for more scientific purposes, I truly appreciate the transparency and wondered how the company earns profit as all of it collected goes straight to the customer, I can’t say enough how much it made my life easy, let your business grow and keep continuing the good service.

Transparency and ease are exactly what we aim for. We keep GiftRound genuinely free from start to finish: no fees, no tips, no skimming from contributions because we think every penny should go to the recipient.
Rather than charging collections, we make money from our retailer partners on our FlexCard when a recipient chooses their brand.
