1st Class Customer Service
We spent ages trying to find bronze sockets for my kitchen installation. Just as we were about to give up we came across Gil-Lec who had exactly the colour we needed.
Gil-Lec were super helpful and extremely knowledge, nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband spent around 30 minutes speaking to Matt regarding everything we needed. Matt talked him through everything and explained all the various options.
We placed an order and Jason took over, checking everything was OK and keeping us fully informed of the progress of our order.
The order arrived promptly and safely. The Hamilton products are very good quality.
I would recommend Gil-Lec for great products and 1st class customer service. Thanks guys!

I ordered a bathroom extrusion fan with Gil-Lec which arrived very promptly and was exactly as described on their website. Based on that one order I have to say I was very pleased with the service and would consider using them again.

Many thanks for your review. You placed your order on Monday, 19th of May at 4.36pm. Next working day orders need to be placed before 4pm as stated on the website, which is why your order shipped on Tuesday morning and delivered on Wednesday, 21st of May.
