Cost of returning incorrectly supplied iten was not refunded
THE WRONG ITEM WAS SUPPLIED - AT ODDS WITH THE PACKING NOTE- AND i HAD TO RETURN THE ITEM AT MY OWN EXPENSE. WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. THE ITEM WAS REFUNDED WITH NO OFFER TO SUPPLY THE CORRECT ONE.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:n Please notify us of any incorrect or damaged items on delivery within five working days of delivery.
You sent back an item without contacting us in advance and therefore did not use our returns proceedure which would have supplied you with free return shipping and a form that would have alerted our staff to the action required. We cannot refund a payment for shipping that was not paid to us and action cannot be taken to correct an issue if the information is not provided to us correctly.
As the item was returned to us, we refunded the order in full, which included the cost of the item as well as the original shipping cost. As stated before we cannot refund a third party shipping charge if you choose to use one. We would suggest in future that you check a company's terms and conditions or contact them directly before returning an item to make sure that you do so in line with their returns policy to avoid unnceccessary charges.

Did not even call me for weeks about my order. I had to call them to ask where my order was. Then they lied about delivery and then could not deliver on the rescheduled delivery. Cost me having an electrician call out fee on top. These guys are a waste of space

Many thanks for your review. You are correct, we didn't phone you regarding your order - we did however engage you in a considerably long email conversation regarding this order, starting two days after you had placed an order for an item with a 3-5 working day lead time. In total, there are 13 exchanges between our customer service team and yourself, keeping you updated regarding the order and the delays from the manufacturer.
I appreciate the frustration of a manufacturer's delay, but there is no need to simply lie about the service you have recieved. I will be happy to post the email thread here (redacting your personal details of course) as proof of our service.
All good, I recommend.

Firstly I was able to get the right product, areplavement extractor fan foe a 50 year oldbackbox. I phoned and got careful advice that enabled me to chose the right one even though it wasn't certain what I needed.
Everything worked perfectly and I could have got refund if necessary.
I would have had to pay return postage which I think is fair

Many thanks for your review. Your order shipped from us on the 18th as expected but having tracked the shipment with DPD it would seem thay have had a delay in delivering. Having spoken to them this morning they have confirmed delivery should be completed today.
