Took money out of my account without answering my emails requesting cancellation. Do not reply to emails sent to them. Will contact the police and trading standards if my money isn't returned. Total scammers.

Verbrecher.... Keine Ahnung was das ist

Die haben nun bereits das zweite mal abgebucht und ich kann nicht herausfinden für was dieses angebliche Abo sein soll bzw wo man dies kündigen kann, das einzige was ich gesehen habe war bei pay pal das das Abbuchungsinterval 3 Monate ist und bei pay pal konnte ich dies deaktivieren aber ob das so richtig und der Mist nun aufhört weiß ich nicht. Im play storw habe ich kein aktives Abo. Ich würde gern wissen was ich da angeblich abgeschlossen habe.

DO NOT TRUST

Never opt for a trial with this company. We were struggling with our puppy training so opted for a one off premium payment of about £15 on their app Woofz. It then began to charge us the £39.99 with no warning at all. From reading their other reviews it is clear that this is a purposeful tactic to sneakily scam money out of people and I am not happy at all and would like a refund. Do not download their apps!

Das sind absolute Verbrecher und Mafiosi.
Das einzige Ziel der Apps der Firma ist es, die Leute in eine Abofalle zu locken und sofort Geld einzuziehen. Einen anderen Zweck haben die Apps nicht.
Shame on them.
Eigentlich ein Fall für die Verbraucherzentrale.

Das Geld werde bei Paypal zurückfordern. Ich habe keinerlei Veträge mit Ihnen. auch habe nichts bestellt.

Noch nie von Ihnen gehört

Noch nie von Ihnen gehört, aber schon zum 2. MAL von meinem Paypal Konto Abbuchung vorgenommen. Beim ersten Mal ist mir das leider gar nicht aufgefallen. Werde mir über Paypal mein Geld zurück holen. So geht es ja nicht.
Das ist Betrug und scheinbar praktizieren Sie das häufiger.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company makes it impossible to cancel in the 1st place and when I had finally figured it out I was smart enough to take a screenshot of the cancelation. Come to find out they have been still stealing $ from my account for months even after the cancelation. I wrote an email today to the email with "famio.review " in subject like requesting a full refund of stolen $ or I was going to BBB and starting a CIVIL SUIT IF THE MATTER WASNT TAKEN CARE OF IN THE NEXT 24 HRS. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH MY REVIEW IN THE NEXT 2 DAYS AND LEAVE MY EMAIL FOR AMYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN STARTING A CIVIL SUIT. LIFE IS HARD ALREADY LAST THING WE NEED IS THEIVES WHO THRIVE OFF OF IMNOCENT HARD WORKING PEOPLE !! DONT BOTHER WRITING BACK GIGIT OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS. JUST MAKE YOUR CRIME RIGHT. U KNOWINGLY KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH CHARGING PEOPLE AFTER THEY CANCEL AND DONT FIX IT. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR BY THE REVIEWS!!

i did a free trial for “my famio” or…

i did a free trial for “my famio” or “famio live” to track family- and ever since ive been trying to contact and cancel everything. No response at all and im unsure with what to do, absolute scam do not fall for there “free 50p”trials. I did it via apple pay and has rejected, as i dont have enough funds atm but eitherway how do i cancel it???

I quite using any app from them

I quite using any app from them. I didn't know I there was a monthly charge on my account until I stopped using that bank. They wouldn't cancel my subscription right away after contacting them and keep on charging me. I never even used the app. Don't use this app.

Rubbish

I paid £9,for the trial, but never received anything. Like most people l didn't know it was a subscription.
Since then they have taken another 2 payments about £60.
So be careful.

Me han dado de alta una suscripción que yo no he autorizado y me estan cobrando a través de paypal. Es que no se ni que es esta empresa!!!! He reclamado pero no me dan la razón. Solo me queda denunciarlo a la policia. Sois unos sinvergüenzas!!!!!
