Very efficient from making the decision to donate to collection of the car. It is much less hassle than trying to sell a car of low monetary value and my chosen charity benefited from the donation. I can definitely recommend their service.

This is a great scheme with great service. This is the second time we've used it and collection is very easy to arrange. The pick up went very smoothly (other than a double trailer arriving at a location not entirely suited to a vehicle that size, but the driver was excellent and made it work). That's two of our favourite charities we've been able to support with ease as a result of a need to sustainably dispose of two old cars. Definitely recommended.

The process of donating a vehicle was easy, plenty of information given. The vehicle was collected in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with timings and informed of a slight delay due to a road closure. The person who collected the vehicle was very polite, friendly and courteous. I got an email later with the amount of money raised from the auction of the vehicle.

This meant I had my old motorbike taken away free of charge and placed in an auction frm which the sale generated a donation of over two hundred pounds to the charity I chose.

Easy to book, kept informed, charity gets the money - what's not to like?

Vehicle said to be non-runner when it was not. Battery flat. Could be rectified easily. Inadequate follow-up. Auction price, therefore donation amount, low. It might have been better to sell it to Webuyanycar etc and donate to the charity myself.
