Booked online with a delivery date scheduled for a Saturday, paid for skip. Received a call at the end of the same day of booking informing me skip cannot be delivered till Monday/Tuesday. Too late for me to organise another company that day. Skip arrived Monday morning had to reload the skip from off the drive (twice the work). Received a call on Friday (4 days later) asking if they could collect. Skip was only half full and needed the weekend to get rid of garden waste etc. So was told it would be a Monday collection, they finally collected Wednesday. Polite people but poor website, don’t advertise and take money from customers if you cannot meet the obligation.

Your communication was excellent. The delivery driver was very helpful and well manerd which I found unusual these days. Which made ward company they only one that i will be using in the future. Thanks to all .

Brilliant service from start to finish!

I called WARD earlier today regarding scrapping my Astra and spoke to a lovely, very down-to-earth woman called Ebony. She was absolutely brilliant from the first conversation and took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process to me, answering all of my questions and making everything really clear and straightforward. Her friendly and genuine approach gave me the confidence to go ahead and commit to scrapping my car with WARD.

When I dropped the car off, the service continued to be just as efficient. Within around 10 minutes of leaving my car, Ebony had already called me to collect my bank details so she could get the payment sorted asap.

It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who is so friendly, helpful and on the ball. Ebony made what could have been a stressful process really easy and straightforward.

Order a skip on the Sunday online confirmation email received.get a email monday morning stating I ordered the skip whilst they was closed earliest they could deliver would be Thursday OK bit inconvenient but I'll rearrange the blokes to load it up Thursday arrives no skip i phoned to be told I should have confirmed I still wanted it Thursday so it won't be coming but they can arrange to have it delivered the following Thursday.my question why have a ordering system that you dont honour but still take £350.00 to sit in your account will not be using wards again used to have about £3000+ from me yearly not any more

Super driver who dropped off the skip, very helpful. Easy process to order skip.

The driver couldn’t get hold of us straight away but waited a while until we noticed he was there. Very cooperative and left him with the drop off as we were busy.

Booked skip online for a Monday.
Rang late that date to be told rolled over to Tuesday. Eventually delivered Wednesday afternoon.
Luckily I had simply needed to load skip myself (not paying people so only inconvenience)
The delivery & collection drivers were really helpful for positioning the skip on pallets I had to avoid drive damage & on collection threw the pallets onto the skip for me
Would recommend despite the start.
Price was good for a 7 day hirer, no reduction if you finished earlier.

Very pleased with the prompt delivery.
Also the driver was very friendly and helpfull
