I was pleased to find a way to ‘dispose’ of my late husbands car with minimum stress. Every one was helpful and everything went according to plan, although I did worry when the car was driven away and I had no paperwork to show for it, and I didn’t have to fill in the DVLA form . I did get an email later in the day and about 4 weeks later a letter from the DVlA asking what had I done with the car because someone wanted to register it.

Once I had decided to donate my car to charity, they made it all happen, quickly collecting it, transferring ownership and selling it.

All worked smoothly. Car collected as promised. Communicaton was excellent. Legal document from DVLA came through promptly. This is an efficient and well run service.
