Very positive trade in experience
I had a very positive experience trading in a phone recently. The process was quick and efficient, communication via WhatsApp was prompt, and payment was sent to my bank account immediately. I’ll definitely use Gizmo2Go again for future phone trade-ins.

This was so easy to do
This was so easy to do. I put in which phone I had, got a price, packed it, printed off free tracked postage label and took to the post office. 48 hours later it was delivered and the same day the money was in my bank. Cannot fault the service. I would say just be honest about your phone and you will get the payout expected. This was the best deal I could find for ease and the highest payout.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Got my phone collected at work and free of charge. Email confirming within 2 days I have been paid and they paid me the price they quoted. Not like others that tried to offer me far less than they originally quoted. Will definitely use again

Royal Mail messed up my delivery and Gizmo2go sorted it and ensured I received my payment and were very quick to reply to my queries via email.
