From my initial phone call to Gledhill Response customer service to the engineer, Aarone, visiting my apartment, the service was first class.
Convenient date booked and the engineer examined the fault and told me the problem would be corrected with new parts.
He was extremely polite and pleasant , worked quickly, cleared the unwanted parts away, cleaned the area and left the bathroom spick and span. Thank you for the great service.

Using Gledhill service contact for 11 years, never had any problems or reason to complain. Great all round service. Engineers very professional attitude, polite and friendly. Always arrive on the time arranged and sometimes earlier. Leaving everything clean and tidy exactly as they found it. Prices very reasonable for their annual contact. Excellent service
Excellent service. We had no hot water and contacted Gledhill and they said they would get someone the next day.. As it happens there was an engineer local the same day and came and fixed the boiler the very same day..
