Polite and Professional service
This was the second annual boiler service since I moved into my flat and I have been very happy with both service engineers. They have been polite and professional and also telephone in advance to their appointment. Very Happy with Gledhill.

Josh was so good
Josh was so good, lovely man , was very helpful. Went above and beyond, fixed my problem . Don't think it had ever been serviced! Knew the product, didn't leave me stranded. Sorted it all, thankful .
The lady when I first called in was also very kind and helpful too, I don't know about these things, she explained everything so I understood . they are both an asset to your company. Owner for servicing too. Think lacy was her name BRILIANT lady anyway

Engineer arrived as arranged.
Engineer arrived at the time of the appointment he was very friendly & knowledgeable in the boiler service that he had come to do. He was efficient in the work he carried out & answering any questions that I asked him. Would definitely recommend Gledhill Service.

He has been to Casterbridge Court on a number of occasions and all the Homeowners feel the same as I do about his work ethic and his attitude and his manner that we just wanted to give him a shout out and say how great he is

After 2 attempts at getting our hot water sorted, Aaron, the 3rd engineer to visit, has sorted out the issue. He seemed to know immediately what the problem was and got to work fixing it. We are very grateful to him and think that he is a lovely, very knowledgable, and very helpful young man who explained things to us. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. If we do need an engineer in future (but hope that we don’t!) then we would definitely ask for Aaron. He is well worth his ***** 5 stars.

I could not ask for better customer…
I could not ask for better customer service. We had a new unvented cylinder fitted and some little issues with parts and recharging of the vessel. All done quickly and what a super team of people. Very impressed. Nothing an issue. Way better than the Kingspan tank we had before who were dreadful. So please I found them!

Justin M, was not only professional and polite but was engaging and thorough in his job. These types of engineers are why i have stayed with Gledhill for 7 years and I would not leave their services. SUPER SERVICE from SCOTT
SCOTT attended my home to replace the cylinder tank on my Gledhill Pulsa Coil Boiler. What a most super efficient and pleasant person. The replacement was fitted effortlessly without any disruption whatsoever.
SCOTT is an absolute credit to Gledhill and deserves company recognition.
In today's world, it is a rarity to be blessed with an engineer who clearly excels in the work that they do!

Good customer service
Good customer service, very polite on the phone. I am the daughter who deals with it due to my Mum being elderly. She has no problem when they visit.
A boiler service is done yearly and we are notified in advance and always on time.
Nothing too much trouble.
