Really nice decanter and glasses, and different with twist in the glass. Delivered on time

So i bought glencairn glasses before from a reseller and they were fantastic, so i decided to buy from the official site this time.

Bought a travelpack with 2 cut glasses as a present. However when i got them they both had imperfections. They were also unprotected inside the case with loot of room to spare which might have caused the damage.

One glass had a visible tear on the rim and the other had a sharp bit sticking out the side which was harder too see because of the cut but dug into the skin.

I contacted customer support and they send me a single glass as replacement which is better than nothing.

The glass itself is great when not damaged and customer support is fast although not absolutely perfect. However, i recommend buying from a reseller near you if you dont live in UK and not getting the travel case.

For the price i paid to get the 2 cut glasses with a sub optimal case, i expected them in perfect state. However it seems i asked for too much.

A beautiful crystal wine glass made all the more special by the personalised inscription. It was a thank you gift for an inspirational teacher, who could not have been more delighted to receive it. Thank you!

I chose the personalised engraving option. There was a note that said all orders with engraving can take up to 3 weeks. My order arrived within days. I was fully expecting the engraving to be missing coz no way it could’ve been produced and shipped that quickly, but I was wrong. Arrived exactly as expected. Superb glassware, well presented and prompt despatch. Decent prices too

I was looking for a trophy glencairn and this company's website came up. I'm in the US and the company is in the UK so I was nervous ordering due to shipping and the legitimacy of the site. But I did and all items showed up in perfect condition, packed very carefully and all glassware was perfect. (I ordered alot!) 3 sets, a carry case, the trophy glass and a Copita glass.
Well worth it. Glad I took a chance.

The product arrived in a quick time frame in spite of the fact that tax and duty needed to be paid. Well packed and great courier service.
