My church orders flowers for the ladies for Mother's Day every year and the flowers are always delivered on-time and in great condition. The women love them!

Cancelled half of my order the day before it was supposed to ship, and then when I got the half it was entirely wrong. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything.

Roses were on time, beautiful, and got so many compliments at the bachelorette party!

It was easy to order, the Carnations were beautiful and we were impressed by the quality of the stems.
Unfortunately, Fedex had to make it very difficult for us to get the two packages. When 3 PM came and no flowers I called Fedex. I was told that they were short of delivery truck and they would do their best to deliver the flower by 5 PM The boxes were delivered at about 8 PM. if we had not insisted in the delivery to be done on that day, the flowers would have been delivered on Thursday too late for our event Fedex is getting really bad in service and they sell Priority delivery when they know they just can't do it. I hope you can get some of the shipping money refunded to you.

Flowers came when expected and were clearly packaged with care. The box was a little damaged, but that's no fault of Global Rose! I appreciate how easy it was to order the flowers and will definitely consider using you all again!

We ordered 3500 rose petals 1 week before our wedding, and they arrived in time, in great condition. The petals were reasonably priced and made our ceremony stand out just a little bit more. Would definitely order from Global Rose again.

Dead roses, dead roses, who pays for dead and mildew roses you do if you buy from Globe roses. You do not get customer service on dead roses. Because once you pay they disregard your order, so they have no record of your order. BS. This is not the first time they sent dead roses. They are suppose to have the freshest roses. They have been sending dead roses for years. In the past they had customer service and made things right, not any more. This company is done.

Beautiful roses! They arrived on time just make sure you are at home to receive them! I was a little intimidated by the directions of keeping them fresh and bloomed, but I followed all the directions and my flowers turned out, so beautiful for my wedding day. Also the way they are packaged. May not look like all your roses arrived, but they are there. If you count the stems, would highly recommend!

The customer service should be renamed customer disservice. Things you should know. You have 24 hours to report issues—which in itself is an issue if you are using their flowers for an event…who has the time? Most importantly. As soon as the flowers arrive, take a photo of the package & label. As you unpack the flowers, lay them out on the corrugated cardboard. Take a photo. Count them. If you have any issues they will expect this level of documentation. When I was trying to resolve my issue they were instructing me on how to count & how to unwrap the flowers. They don’t care if you’re satisfied. They care only that you provide a ridiculous amount of documentation which is never enough. The old adage of “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is” certainly applies to this company!

The order and delivery process were great. Unfortunately, all my carnations bunches arrived in tight buds and after 3 days hadn't opened and I had to spend 8 hours hand opening the flowers to have for centerpieces we were making that evening. After hand opening, they still were not fully bloomed out for evenings ceremony and were smaller flower heads than those in the photos you have online. I also received seven bunches of pink carnations amid the 30 bunches of red carnations that I ordered. I missed the opportunity to participate in our daytime class reunion activities because I was opening flower buds for 8 hours before our event. I really believe we should be compensated for the bait and switch of what you pictured and what I received. I was in the 5-star hospitality business for 40 years and have ordered wholesale flowers multiple times and this is the first time I've had such a disappointing delivery. I have photos if you wish to see.

Blue hydrangeas I ordered or die… They were not a fresh true color in nature… Which I confirmed with Global Rose before I purchase them that they would not be a flower..
however, I was going to have to use them anyway… And over half of them are wilted already after one day… This product was not fresh and I’m very disappointed in Global Rose..

The roses were beautiful! : ) I was worried because one box of 50 was delivered after the first, but they were just as beautiful as the first. We received them 3 and 2 days before the event and they looked amazing!

I only put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. This is the worst company I've literally ever dealt with my entire life. I ordered bulk flowers for a funeral, they took the money from my account then red flagged my order and refused to ship it because they said I was not myself, went back and forth for 3 days giving them a ton of personal info via email about the order, they wanted to know every detail including asking why I needed the flowers, frankly that is absolutely none of their business. 3 days of back and forth nonsense AFTER they took my money, all for them to just cancel the order on me and I needed them for a funeral service that's in less than a week now because they wasted my time and refused to ship flowers I ordered and paid for. Absolutely do not reccomened these people. And then on top of that, they canceled my order and had the audacity to tell me to re order but use PayPal to pay instead. Absolutely not. This company is a scam and it is trash.

For the most part we were reasonably satisfied. My shipment was divided into 5 FedEx tracking numbers. Two of the tacking numbers arrived on the scheduled arrival date. The other 3 arrived one day after the scheduled due date, because they were stuck in Custom's. Fortunately we allotted for the extra day delay. The most disappointing thing about the shipment was that we ordered 200 white roses, and about 40% of them were Garden Roses, not high quality Florist Roses. We also ordered 40 Premium White Hydrangea Flowers, about 7 of the 40 were not usable, they were already wilting. We ordered 30 Stems of Baby's Breath Gypsophilia, they came in two bunches, and one of the bunches never opened even after placing them in water, they were very dry. My professional florist, who did the arrangements for us was hoping to use Global Rose for her business in the future, but after her seeing the 40% of Garden Roses in the shipment, not quality florist roses, she was very disappointed, and will not be using Global Rose in the future.

The roses were beautiful and stayed fresh for our son"s wedding. The baby's breath did not arrive on time. I was unable to use it as I was traveling the day after delivery date. Money wasted as I had to buy more elsewhere.
