Do not use this company. They are a scam service and unfortunately I fell for it.

This company is scame.Took from us a 500 USD,do nothing and dont return money.Just selling us a info: is under proces,we will send it ,money has a bank,etc.First info and in the conditions is :money refund after 15 days.After lot of our emails they send info that they will send it after 30-45 days.Now is a nearly 2 months and we have nothing.ASk difect VISA or ETA from state goverment,you will pay just 30 USD not 250 USD as they ask.Anyway they will do nothing.Positive rewievs are from them not from clients.BE CAREFULL !!!

I didn’t know I needed to register eta from Kigali to Nairobi. The guys fixed it for me in no time, it cost money but it was well spent.

I am really disappointed with their service. I gave them full amount roughly $471 NZD for the application and their staff asked for all updated documents and i provided them after over a week no one responded after taking the documents and when i emailed them after ine week then they told me that they don’t support the application on my country’s passport. If you don’t support it then why did you take the money and asked for updated documents ? Your website still says that you do support applications for my country’s passport.
Now offering me other services to convert my money instead of fully refunding it. Misguided me and now not returning my money.

After being in the USA for over 20 years, I’ve definitely gotten spoiled with the perks of having an American passport. I’ve visited over 10 countries throughout the years and rarely needed a visa to travel. But this trip to India had me a little confused—I didn’t realize I needed a visa before entering the country!

Thanks to GVC, I got it sorted quickly. I paid $119, and within just 3 business days, my visa was ready and I’m now on my way to India! They were super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re planning any trip to where you need a visa .

service réservation d hôtel :
Médiocre / honteux / pitoyable
on m'a réservé un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles mais qui n'a rien de tel : personnel peu disponible / pas accueillant / carte ne fonctionnant pas ( les gens bloquent la porte avec des chaussures ) / sans adaptateur de prise électrique européenne pour recharger les téléphone pour un hôtel de classe international et 4 étoiles / la logistique on doit la faire de nous même sans recharge pendant 2j / pas de wifi / pas de fer a repasser / chambre non nettoyée quotidiennement ( mode Koh Lanta ou homme face a la nature ) , bagagistes à l accueil discutent entre eux durant exactement plus de 45 min pendant que les personnes âgées portent les bagages sur la tête ( preuve vidéos et image disponible pour les curieux )
hygiène zéro : on doit demandé les serviettes et elles ne sont pas changé quotidiennement , chambre dégageant mauvaise odeur, lavabo boucher / robinetterie cassées/ restauration et nourriture non équilibrée et pas de bon gout
hôtel sur coté par des campagnards ou des gens qui n'ont pas l habitude de voyager beaucoup.
prix trop élevé
lorsqu'on fait part a instaglobalravel , l'hôtel qu'eux même ont réservé est injoignable durant 2 jours. Leur réponse est de payé plus pour changer d'hôtel au lieu de rembourser ou d'être désolé pour le désagrément ( imaginer vous dans un pays sans internet / sans électricité / avec personne qui parle anglais votre seul recours votre agence de réservation et eux aussi ils cherchent à vous soutirer de l'argent pour pouvoir bien profiter de la situation ). Ils n'ont pas de service de réclamation, je n'ai toujours pas de réponse.

je mettrai même zéro. J'ai demandé un remboursement toujours pas de réponse. J'ai demandé de changer d'hotel le jour J, Il m'ont trainé pendant deux jours j'ai du me débrouillé seul.
Je déconseille si d'autre personne ont eu ce genre d'expérience je compte déposer plainte pour fraude / arnaque / publicité mensongère afin que les personnes à venir ne se retrouvent dans de telles situations.

NOT A SCAM! ALHAMDULILLAHH !! I was soooooo worried after reading all the reviews saying its a scam and il loose my money and nothing will happen . But i applied for expedited 48hr indian visa yesterday and i got it just now ( less than 24hrs) . Yes they charge a lot … but im just happy i got the visa so soon Alhamdulillah!! And yes the skeptical me did go on the actual visa website of the government to recheck whether the visa was actually real or they photoshopped and sent me something 🙊🙊🙊

One feedback would be to improve customer service . On the chats your agents join and then disappear and dont really answer any of the questions asked which can be frustrating especially since most people using your service are willing to pay so much more as they are in a hurry. I left multiple calls also but no callback yet .

We had a little mishap and forgot to get our visas. Now I wouldn't be using GVC if I had been organised, as it is way cheaper to do it yourself.
However, we needed the visa in 24hrs and GVC were able to do this.
Their electronic live chat is a bit touch and go, but overall we were very pleased with the service.

This is a scam! They don't provide you the visa and just charge extra! I had to get the visa a second time directly from the government page. They have never delivered!

Absolute SCAM. They charge $119 for a $10 service. Go directly to the government website. It takes the same amount of time

My new post:
I placed an order for an Indian e-Visa with GVC but then realized they are a Travel Agency and not the Indian Embassy.

I tried canceling the service but the guy on the support line was not helpful and instead asked me to send an email.

I sent the email and also made this post. GVC responded to both. (courteous email received within 2hrs and review response is still visible). They cancelled my request AND refunded my money. (I had disputed the charge as well but now there was no need).

Observations:
1. I feel this is a Legit Travel Agency the helps process visas AND pays for Google Ad words to appear at the top of the search results
2. I am confident I would have received my e-visa had I just let the process go through (I can't verify this of course)
3. I was hasty and just choose the first link Google provided and didn't pick up on the warning signs (CC payment was blocked, support line was in Hong Kong for an Indian Visa) - things, in retrospect, were clear indications that I was in the wrong place.
4. I am VERY appreciative that they refunded my money (hence this review revision)

Comparison between Indian Embassy and GVC
1. The India Embassy charges $10 for an e-Visa and GVC charges $119.
2. The Indian Embassy outsources visa processing to an Indian company with very limited support (first 15 min free then there is a charge). GVC has customer support standing by (although the 2nd guy was not helpful and could have been more courteous)
3. The Indian e-Visa form is very detailed (father's place of birth detailed) while GVCs is extremely simple (which is actually a concern but another issue)

Bottom Line:
I recommend going through the Indian Embassy based on cost BUT if you want service I think GVC might work. Just make the decision consciously instead of just clicking the first link. Buyer Beware
