GVC has great customer service and skilled staff on ground to support you guys.
I recommend you contact them directly.

This is a scam company. We paid for 24 hour service which took more than 48 hours. I asked for a partial refund and never heard from them. Save your money and apply directly through the government website, even if you need it in less than 3 days- it's not worth the trouble.

Their customer service team replies with "you must be patient" if you ask for an update even when they are well past their own 24 hour deadline to get you your visa.

My credit card company can't even get a refund from them.

This is a scam. I never received the visa, paid, and it looked completely legitimate (with "customer service") but upon arriving in Kenya, I was told it was a scam by the official Immigration representatives at the airport. (Luckily I am an EA citizen and was able to travel, but others would not be so luckily.) They are affiliated with "Kenya Immigration .Org" who are also a scam company.

Tough lesson learned - please check here for more information from the Kenya government. I wish I had. The Kenya gov site in Nairobi, and the embassy in Addis, can be visited for information on this.

I needed a visa to India, I have obtained an e-visa on 2 prior occasions through India’s somewhat functional site. This time the only answer I got was ‘you are not eligible for an evisa’ even when I called and wrote emails asking why they just repeated that I was not eligible. GVC was able to use the same info and get my evisa quickly without problems. Thank you GVC! They communicated well.

**Review of GVC: A Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs**

I am writing this review to warn others about the horrendous service I received from GVC. On February 10th, I applied for an Ivory Coast visa through their agency, lured by their advertisement promising a "guaranteed visa in 3 days." Today, February 28th, I am not only without a visa but also out of pocket and utterly frustrated by their unprofessionalism.

After weeks of waiting, I was informed that my visa application was rejected. To make matters worse, GVC is refusing to refund the visa fee I paid, despite their failure to deliver on their promise. Their customer service has been appalling—they are unresponsive, dismissive, and shockingly arrogant when they do bother to reply.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any service provider. I deeply regret choosing GVC and wasting my time and money on their incompetent and unethical practices. I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise everyone in my network to steer clear of GVC. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this agency at all costs.
