This is a SCAM. Please be aware. I lost my ticket because they couldn’t get me the visa. However, they didn’t refund the money they charged for the visa. Their website claims to guarantee a refund if your application is rejected due to the GVC process.
Its a LIE and SCAM. BE AWARE.

Plans changed before application was processed and refund provided. Excellent service , 2nd March 2025. Refund was confirmed but not yet reflected or processed to me as yet

It's the worst service I've ever dealt with in my life. My son applied for the visa more than 10 days ago and still hasn't received it, paid $120. He missed his flight,couldn't get the ticket Refund ,and couldn't participate in the tournament he was supposed to compete in... Who can compensate him for all these losses?

Very easy to use and very quick turnaround.

I was growing impatient but it took only four days for the process to work out entirely I am glad everything is now ready and good to go she will catch a flight and all documentation pertinent to our journey are now with us

I applied for a visa for my husband and myself. I made a mistake and entered the wrong passport number on one of forms.. when I realized my mistake, I contacted GVC. I got a response in a matter of minutes and we corrected the number. Thank you.

WARNING - DO NOT USE! I applied for an Indian e-visa on 4th Feb 2025 paying for their 3 day "guaranteed" delivery service. I was also told in my order confirmation email that I would receive my visa within 3 days. It is now 7 days and despite chasing numerous times they just kept fobbing me off with the same templated email replies. Even when I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, they completely ignored my message and sent the same scripted reply that I had already received a few times before. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to go elsewhere. I believe it is a scam and I have taken steps to claim back the full amount paid to them via my credit card supplier... Just pre-empting their previous replies to 1-star ratings, my order number was GX00625285846 - you did receive the order because you acknowledged it - you have not contacted me at all to advise there was any error with the information I provided - no, I will not be using you ever again to support any journey I make in the future!!!

*** NOTE - I contacted via the support email supplied in their reply to this review and... received yet another duplicated templated response asking that I "can stay tuned and wait for it"

Fantastic service, support and response time. I got my Indian visa on time.

My 2nd Super Urgent India application got stuck for many several days without much explanation from GVC. My 1st time I did in 2024 went fine (it took only 10 hrs on Saturday). I don't where it's gone wrong this time. Be prepare for plan B.

WOW! Mind blowing speediness. It was supposed to take 3 working days to get my visa. I applied on a Saturday and I got it on Sunday. I paid for normal processing time. I don’t mean to set a very high bar for GVC but I’m truly amazed. Thank you so much.

This company is a total scam. All the 5 star reviews are fake. The will charge you high fees and would never provide you with the visa as promised. I chose the (guaranteed within 2 days) option, but I still haven't gotten anything. They do not even pick up calls or answer chats. I am currently trying to get a refund from them.

My friendly advice would be to steer clear from this visa services. It is a waste of money. You can never get anyone on phone and they DO NOT deliver on the promised time. So I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM GVC VISA SERVICES.

I applied and paid a high fee (278 usd) for an India eVisa via their "24hr Super Urgent" option. They do not respond in a timely or complete manner to customer service lines- they do not even answer phones at all. Chat line I have been on hold for over an hour and nobody comes on. It has been 36+hrs and I don't have my visa. They're unresponsive and don't give clear information.

I sent the dcument for visa indian, but they said they dont get it. Then they asked me to send again, after tht i sent. And no reply from them. They say ill get, email back for 30mnts, but nothing there. Watchout the scam!
