Verification & Withdrawal
I have just joined this site an have attempted to make a withdrawal, I was required to send in documents which I have, I was informed by Teresa that all documentation was recieved and no more was required, I as then informed by Rachel that my account was now verified and payment would be processed by the 22nd by 6pm. I have had no confirmation my account is still suspended. I have continued to ask via the chat for an update and had several different responses again asking for documentation or it will be processed by 6pm. My emails have gone ignored since the 21st
EDIT: I have been contacted by glossy bingo and have recieved notification of withdrawal however it is for much less, I have contacted them directly and have been assured my withdrawal for £700 will be processed. I will update again when I recieve the money and how much it was

Starts out promising but the jackpots become harder to trigger and instead of winning decent amounts your only winning pennies you could spend hundreds and have nothing to show for it

Absolutely shocking site
Absolutely shocking site, played big bass splash and as soon as I won on a bonus round it kicked me from the game withheld my winnings and wouldn't let me back into the game, contacted C.S only to be told it was a fault my end and my error even though when I tried to load the game it said I was not logged in, but I could load and play any other game on the website my winnings weren't even that big but that's not the point kicking a player out of a game and then not receiving the winnings is dodgy at best so I would avoid this website at all costs. Customer support was poor and tried to claim it was all my error and that I had not won anything.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed, at my treatment. Over a week waiting for payment, 5 days since I was checked with my documents, messed about feel let down ,very quick to send me notification on daily deals and take my money but won't pay out , very poor business

Withholding my winnings
While having a cheeky play on here I have won a big amount of £2800 they asked for documents I had sent my passport and other bits to them but due to me living with parents they are withholding my money that I have won as I can’t provide them with a gas or electricity bill but when you have explained that everything if in your parents name it’s not acceptable
Each email is different so it’s not that you talk with 1 person they all ask for a different document
I will keep everyone updated intill I have my winning that I won on the 20th December remember they ban you aswell intill you sent in your payslips when I sent in one for a document but it was not acceptable
