I have been with Good Energy since my solar panel installation back in 2019 and have always found them to be very professional, diligent in finding solutions, and helpful with any query. Their customer service agent Craig has been particularly helpful recently, as I gathered technical data and without Craig I don't think I could have managed. Thank you - highly recommended company.

Great service from Alyssia on the Feed in Tariff team. Responsive and clearly knows her way around the the FiT scheme when changes are made to a system. This in juxtaposition to many of the other suppliers who need educating on OFGEM requirments.

Angelica an excellent guide
I got an answer to my phone call quickly without having to put up with delays or robot speaking experts! Angelica took me through the key steps to getting me back on track with my new FIT Meter. It meant a lot to me to have a patient guide as I am not good with technology. She was the perfect support for me and what was so important was that she got my problem resolved while on hold so it was sorted with one call. Unfortunately this is a rare experience with so many companies these days. To get a real person who was helpful made my day!!!

Good Energy came out today. Karl was very punctual, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and tidy in the work he carried out, hardwiring a long way from the house to the garage for our recharger.

Good Energy Tariffs.
Since we had our solar panels, lots of years ago now, we've had the great pleasure of dealing with Good Energy. Until now, it's been their easy to use website for meter readings and so on. After a discussion with a friend, I felt it was time to broach the thorny issue of tariffs.
I wrote the query, I had a response from their representative Nessa. She was honest, clear and straightforward.

Well I have just joined with Good energy. WOW nice and easy switch. I had problems logging in to my account online and app emailed customers service.. replied in 20 minutes customer communication and kept me updated with progress as to my problem thanks to Racheal C on customer service.
