Very happy throughout with comms
Very happy throughout with comms. The solar system kind of just works well in the background so no problems there. But the couple of times I have needed to call up they've been very helpful. Jemma S in particular today helped us out with collating some paperwork for our conveyancers on short notice and was very friendly, professional and helpful, despite obviously being very busy - much appreciated!

I had a great experience with Hannah, Business, Billing and Complaint Specialist, who helped us with the closure of our old electricity account.
The account closure had been pending for some time, but Hannah picked it up and managed to get everything resolved within just a couple of days. She was incredibly prompt, helpful and professional throughout, and I really appreciated the way she took ownership of the matter and saw it through so efficiently.

Great customer service.
I was worried about a dodgy looking pipe outside my house and wasn't sure what to do so I emailed Good Energy because their people are always so lovely and so helpful. I quickly received a reply from a lovely lady called Anjelica who has told me who to contact and given me their number.
