Prompt and high quality response
The speed of the response to my enquiry by Angelica (within half an hour) was as impressive as the quality of the information provided. This continued in the follow up. I’ve been with Good Energy for a long time and over the years I have considered other suppliers. Angelica has been diligent
Angelica has been diligent and extremely helpful in searching back for documents we need as we are at length moving house, leaving our solar behind. Good Energy in general has been very helpful over the many years we have been with them, and we shall be back once the solar, battery and heat pump installation is done at our new place.

I rang to reduce my monthly direct debit - normally a very tricky and laborious process. After making a simple choice of one from two options, I was immediately put through to Kerry. Within a couple of minutes, the whole thing was sorted out. She deserves credit for being so friendly, efficient and helpful. Darren M was extremely helpful when explaining what I needed to do in order to transfer solar panel ownership into my name. This is my first experience of this concept and terminology - he was patient and explained things very clearly, also making sure to double check my documentation and send me all the paperwork/information needed. This made something I’d been wanting to get sorted for 7 months much easier, thank you Darren you’re a star!
