As usual, an excellent, speedy service was provided by the helpful and friendly team. Much thought has now been given to providing a very high level of protection for the glass jars, and it is wonderful to see how efficiently and effectively they have been carefully packed. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to add the tasty Sauerkraut daily, knowing that it is a very healthy part of my diet. Having ordered Kimchi in addition to my Sauerkraut this time, I look forward to also enjoying this addition. I highly recommend this company, having ordered from them for several years. As I do not have a Google account, I have written this review using my husband's account.

Non existent customer service.
I have e mailed this company several times to ask them to cancel my subscription. I get ignored every time. I still keep getting mails telling me my order is about to be shipped and they expect me to pay for it! There is no telephone number so you can actually speak to someone. They are useless!!! It’s very frustrating and it’s making me extremely angry!!!! I have. Ow sent a message on their website, but no doubt that will be ignored as well!! What the hell is wrong with these people????

Excellent product, I regularly purchase. The communication via email from purchase to delivery on the day is brilliant. The products arrived perfectly packaged and still cool ready for the fridge.
A few years ago the packaging was not up to a suitable standard and would cause some leakage or damage, however this has now been addressed and I have since received the package perfectly over the last 2 years.
Will always keep buying this great product.

I live in a very remote part of Scotland, and the products arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Well packaged too. We absolutely love these products, and first class foods. (There are reviews from a while back where there were issues with delivery, these issues seem to have been resolved now)

I love this sauerkraut and the new mild chilli kimchi. It’s so versatile I can’t think of any meal it wouldn’t go with. I’ve tried making my own fermented veg but it’s never tasted as good as this so I don’t bother any more.

Lovely products which add colour and taste to any meal, while doing our biome a lot of good. I get them on subscription, now - I always have a jar or two on the go. Highly recommended! Excellent delivery & service, excellent products. Thank you.

Always fast delivery and always very tasty, just cant get enough of the ginger and turmeric version.

This Turmeric & Ginger Superkraut is the absolute best on the market - = amazing! And being able to adjust timings for delivery of my subscription is helpful too!

Absolutely amazing product! I’ve been buying similar items from supermarkets for years and this product is way better. Small issue with my first delivery which was kindly rectified within a day. Amazing product and great customer service. Will definitely be reordering again!
